(AN) I haven't updated in a couple of days and I go back to school in a couple of days :(

Josh (POV)

I woke up to feel coldness next to me, I stretched my arm out to pull Evie closer to me but to no avail,  couldn't find her. I crawled out of our bunk and realised that Evie was watching TV. I padded closer to the living room and saw my gorgeous girlfriend staring intently at Sponge Bob, I slowly moved closer to her and plopped down next to her, she lifted her gaze and as soon as she saw me she lunged herself onto me, I fell backwards pulling her back on top of me and snuggled her into my chest. I need to tell her I love soon or else it might be too late, I need to think of the perfect way too do it

'What you thinking about babe?' he soft tone lifted me from my daydream and I shook my head

'Just how beautiful you are, that's all' she blushed at my statement and crawled off me

'I'm going to shower and get ready okay bean?' I nodded my head as she walked away and as soon as she left I raced towards Tyler

'Dude I need your help' his eyes widened at my stressed tone and nodded for me to continue ' I need to tell Evie something soon, as in tonight, and I know your all good at planning stuff and because today is our day off can you plan something for us please?' he laughed at my rushed tone and nodded his head

'Sure what did you have in mind?' I leaned in and whispered my plan to him and every now and then he nodded or said 'yeah'

'I know the perfect thing, make sure she wears something she would wear in Autumn' I nodded at his request and started picking out her outfit. I pulled out her long dress blouse, knee high socks, her army type coat, burgundy scarf and lastly her brown heeled boots. I clocked all of it and wondered towards the bathroom, knocking lightly

'Nobody come in unless it's Josh' her voice shouted over the shower and through the door, I pushed open the door and closed it behind me

'I've picked your outfit for the day' she pushed the curtain back a bit exposing her wonderful body and smiled

'Whyyyyy?' she questioned me suspiciously and I chuckled

'We are doing something later' she shrugged her shoulders and continued showering. I sat on the toilet seat drumming a beat until she came out

'Babe, pass me my towel please' I grabbed the white fluffy towel and watched her wrap it around her body. She started drying her hair as I got into the shower and every now and then I would peek over the shower rail to see her. She had straightened her hair and made a plait poof on her front head and then continued on her usual make up. She pulled her clothes on and she looked smoking hot. She brushed her teeth and applied some dark purple matte lipstick, which really suited her features.

I got out of the shower wrapping my towel around my waist

'Babe look in the mirror' I gazed up to the mirror and pulled a face. She snapped at picture and captioned in 'This is how comfortable we are with each other' and saved it to her phone before posting it to Snapchat. She left the bathroom leaving me alone to get ready.

I couldn't wait for later

I pulled up to the field Tyler told me too and placed a blindfold on Evie's grey orbs

'Watch my make up' I chuckled at her statement and pulled her out of the car, she held onto my hand tightly

'Please don't let me get lost' she giggled at the end of her sentence, I pulled her up the hill and was confronted by a white gazebo, fairy lights, take away pizza, light music playing and Red Bull on the floor, I let go of Evie's hand and quickly snapped a picture of the scene in front of me

'Take your blindfold off baby' she gingerly reached up to the blindfold and pulled it away from her face, she sucked in air and tears brimmed in her eyes, to which she blinked away, she jumped into my arms and I swung her around

'Thank Tojo for the lovely set up' she looked at me, and then understood what I meant.

Evie was just finishing her last slice of pizza and I could already feel the sweat rising onto my hands. I was seriously considering backing out of the whole speech I had planned but I knew deep in my mind I couldn't.

I cleared my throat which caught Evie's attention and she looked up at me and beamed a huge smile

'Evie, I need to confess something' I saw worry slide across her face and I think, she thinks it's something bad. I grabbed her hands and her features softened

'Evie, from the moment I saw you, I instantly knew that you were the one for me. After Debby did me wrong, I thought I could never be in a relationship again but then you came along and proved me wrong. The first day I saw you, I wanted to impress you and so lied about the coffee I wanted, I in fact hate mocha's but I wanted an excuse to hear you voice again and to be able to be in the same room as you. I was a dick the first time I met you but that was only because I didn't want to get hurt but that isn't the point here. I've been wanting to tell you this for ages and I finally have to courage to tell you. I love you Evie, every single part of you and no one can change that, not even Taco Bell and Red Bull' as I finished the sentence, I felt a force pounce at me and I fell backwards onto the plaid blanket with Evie lying on top of me.

'I love you too' her voice was below a whisper but I heard perfectly fine, I wrapped my arms around her tighter and kissed her neck. Just as she pulled away, my phone went off and it was a Instagram notice

'@tylerrjoseph - These two lover birds are so cute it makes me sick' and attached was the picture of Evie lying on top of me only a few moments ago

'Tyler where are you' I heard a chuckle from the bush and Tyler jumped out with Jenna

'SURPRISE!'
