You've made me so weak.
Before you came, I was strong. I could handle his blows and her sneers. I kept a strong upper lip and a stiff back.
Then I met you, and I leaned against you. After a bad exchange, I would come to you. You were there for everything.
And now you're gone. I have to learn how to get back on my feet again, but the thing is, it's hard to regain what you once had.
These days, it takes all of my effort to fight back tears.
