I woke up to my phone ringing it was from a unknown number so I picked it up to see who it is
Me: Hello?
???: Hey Jaylah
Me: Who is this and how do you know my name
???: This is your worst nightmare
Me: Im not playing who is this?
???: This is who killed your nigga
Me: WAIT WHAT?!
???: Bye Bye
Ok now im scared so I called the cops and it sounded like Kevin but im not sure I just hope its not him 10 minutes later they came and I told them what happend they just told me to stay in the house until they find him but later im gonna see Markel in the hospital I hope he's gonna be ok
~3 hours later~
I get to his room and I just broke down I cant stand to see him I love him more than anything he has tubes attached to his chest its just everywhere and he's breathing slow ima try to hold it together I go into the room and I guess he saw my red eyes and he began to cry
Me: Dont cry plz just dont
Markel: I see your eyes I know you were crying
Me: Because I hate to see you like this
Markel: Just be strong for me and the baby plz
Me: Ok I will
I began to daydream about the talks we had and what we used to do I just sat there smiling harder than ever
Markel: What you smiling at
Me: Good times
Markel: Oh ok And dont ever forget them
Me: I won't
Nurse: Mr. Anderson (Markels last name) we're gonna have to do surgery on you
Markel: Ok well is it serious?
Nurse: Yes it is
Me: Markel You have to do this
Markel: I am
Nurse: Ma'am your gonna have to leave
Me: Ok so I gave Markel a kiss and I left I hope he's gonna be ok
~2 hours later~
I got a call and it looked like an hospital number so I answered it
Me: Hello
Nurse: Yes is this Jaylah?
Me: Yes
Nurse: Ummm..I have bad news for you
Me: Well what is it?
Nurse: Markel had died
Me: Wow Ok thank you bye
Nurse: Bye
I just sat there crying for hours Im gonna miss him the way he loved me and the way he talked to me😥 I guess I gotta be strong for my child
