Tony's POV:
Being a parent is hard.
Being an only parent is harder.

Peter is already seven months, I don't know much about babies but I'm pretty sure there not supposed to climb the ceiling or walls...or are they?
"He's...talented.." Natasha muttered as she starred at Peter crawl around giggling. "Jarvis, run a full scan on him, give me all the information on his health, every single detail"
"Of course sir......full scan is complete, everything seems to be normal sir"

"But why-"
"Sir, it seems he was bitten by a spider"
"What?! When?!" I bit my lip worriedly. Im the worst parent in the entire universe.
"Not to long ago...right before his fever from last night"

Third POV:

"So what, a spider bite is not related to his fever or this" Natasha pointed at Peter giggiling as he walked on the walls.

"Jarvis...whats wrong with him" Tony muttered worriedly.

"Nothing sir, hes perfectly fine....well except for the part of him having powers, spider powers to be specific"

Both Natasha and Tony starred at Peter in shock as he shot web out of his palm to swing towards Tony.
"Sir"
"Yeah..."
"Are you alright"
".......no"

Steve's POV:

I walked towards the caferteria cautiously, it seemed as if everyone eyes were on me.

This was prison, what did i expect.

"Steve rogers, you have a visitor" one of the guards yelled.

I stood up leaving my food on the table, hopefully it was still their by the time i got back.

"Follow me" he stated before leading me back into the cells. Several guards starred at me as i passed by, some with fear and others with hate.

I looked at the cells which were all empty....except for one. There was an old man crawled up agaisnt the wall sleeping looking like he'd been through hell and back.

"This way" the guard muttered. He opened a door which was heavily guarded, again, i recieved many stares.

"Shes sitting down over there"

I walked towards the tables only to be shocked.

Pepper.

"What are you doing here" i answered her angrily. She hurt tony badly, she had no right in comming here!

"I can help you get out" she smiled.

"No, i dont need your help"

"Oh come on, i know how much you hate tony, its his youre in here"

"Its my own damn fault"

"If tony didnt exsist youd still be in the tower living happily, but because of him youre in this hell hole"

"Im done here!" I yelled loud enough for the guard to hear.

"And for your information, without tony there would be no tower. There would be no you" i glared at her before leaving.

"Its your loss Steve!" She yelled, "you can rot in here for all i care"

Tony's POV:

I sighed in relief seeing as peter was finally sleeping peacefully. How in the world did a spider give him powers!?

He snored in his sleep but it was adorable.

I absolutely loved him, he was everything to me. Again his feet found my face and began kicking me, whats with the kicking!?

"Tony" Natasha whispered. I turned around to face her, "Theres something you have to see"
I nodded before slowly getting up. "Take care of him Jarvis"

I walked towards the living room finding bruce, a woman, and natasha.

"Hello Mr.Stark, i am Miranda Luna, Steve Roger's Lawyer" she spoke professionally.

"Ummm....whats going on"

"Steve is being charged with a murder he didnt commit, after fighting with the gang one of the men died of a heart attack, he was old and sick with many health problems so by no means was it Steves fault. But He was also the man Steve had beat up pretty badly. There is someone who wants to bring Steve down but i have no clue who" she spread files in front of me showing pictures of the scene.

"The fight was recorded by a street light camera, it shows how all the men fighting were injured but alive in the process, but if you look closely you see that one of the people fighting got away, my assumption is they are the ones responsible for Steves reaction"

"Why are you telling me this"

"Mr Stark, the time you had arrived at the scene was the same time they ran away"

"So-"
"This person was afraid of you recognizing them, you know this person...very well"
