Chapter 37

Charisma
"Wakey wakeyy" Rose said trying to get me out of bed
"Come on charismaaaa" she groaned throwing the pillow at me
"Just one more minute please " i said in my morning voice pulling the sheets tighter to my body

"Ohh yes i do know that 1 minute that will turn somehow into a 4hours" she smirked
" no i promise just give a minute I'll be down" i said laughing
" fine" she said smiling , exiting the room

I managed to get up and get ready , i think we're not getting out now
But only to the beach ; it was literally facing us so I put on this cute swimsuit , sunglasses with a simple black baggy shirt , since I am taking it off in few minutes then headed downstairs

"Good morning " a woman that seemed in her late 40s said smiling at me
"Good morning " i said smiling back
"Charisma" i said as i expended my hand for her to shake
"I am Ruth , the 'chef' as you might call me" she said chuckling
"Nice to meet you" i said smiling back
" do you know where's Rose?"i asked

" she's having breakfast outside with Mrs Anna and Mr Jason " she said
" okay thank you" i said heading outside
"Good morning everyone" I said taking a seat next to Rose
As they all replied with a simple 'good morning'

" so girls , me and Anna are going out to do some business meetings these following two days , you both can stay here at the beach
Or if you want, the driver is outside always ready to take you wherever you'd like" Rose's father said getting up from his seat hugging both of us goodbyes

Jason is such a kind father to Rose and always been a second father to me
"Mr Jason , the car is ready outside" said Ruth
" thank you Ruth I'll be there in a minute " He said

We've spent our day swimming and tanning at the beach
Until Rose received a message

" Charisma , guess what"I looked up at her with a questioning look on my face
" John is flying tomorrow to San Diego!!"
"Great , that means I'll be third wheeling for the rest of the week  " I said laughing
She punched me playfully ( not really) in the arm

"Come let's go inside , take a shower then go out to eat I am starving" she said

The next day
I put on a simple white long sleeved tight shirt and a high waisted short with my black converse on

Then headed downstairs
For this day we were visiting San Diego Zoo Safari Park, which sounds so exiting because it's been a long time since I've visited a zoo

"Charisma, do you mind going with me to John's?" Asked Rose as we drove home
" yeah that's alright " I said
But first we ran into the house to change
since San Diego was a little colder at night

So I kept my long sleeved on but changed into black jeans
"Do I look nice?" I hear Rose from behind
I turn around and meet Rose's rare nervous face
"Rose, chill you look fantastic " I said assuring her
" come on then" she said smiling

"Amir , can you please give me the keys I'll drive " Rose said as Amir the driver handed her the keys
We hopped in the car and drove off

wind in our hair while We sang very loudly,  at the top of our lungs as Rose drove through the empty streets ,

suddenly out of nowhere the car stops

"What the hell?" I look up at Rose
"Don't worry , try to turn it on again" I said
"Okay"
She keeps turning the key, but the engine isn't starting.
The engine cranks but doesn't start.
"Shit.shit.shit" Rose said

" oh my god " I said freaking out we're in the middle of nowhere
With a broke down car
Rose got out of the car and I followed her , we tried finding a thing that could help us since we weren't expert in cars

Of course we though about calling Someone but Rose's father and step mother are busy in business meetings
Amir and Ruth has no car
"Oh god Rose " I said in a exiting tone
" call John he'll pick us up " I said

" shit how didn't I though of that " Rose said getting her phone out dialing John
" hey babe " she started
" -babe I am fine , listen we're stuck in the middle of nowhere "
"-no I am not alone Charisma is here"
"-oh " Rose's exited face is replaced with a frown
"-okay , okay , fine, I'll call you "
"-bye"

"What!?" I asked
" he said that his car is still in transportation and he has no car at the moment  " she said
"Why didn't he rent a car instead of flying his own ?" I asked
" he has work to do here , he's staying for like two months so he though he might  transport his car with him " she said

"But he told me to try and find gas , he said it'll work 90%
But if we don't we'll have to keep  the car here and call an uber " Rose said

"Rose , I don't really know that much about cars but is this ga-" I was cut off by Rose's hair in my mouth

" oh my god Charisma you're my hero " Rose said as she pulled out from the hug
After we gave the car enough gas it starts again 
But still the Headlights Were Dim
