Your eyes fluttered open as you saw the color white but you vision was quickly blocked by dark red hair.
"The trouble soul decides to wake up, hmm?"
Kiyoshi had his feet tucked under him as he loomed over your lying body. He looked down at you with boredom and flicked your head. "Sit up" he demanded. He sat up and sprung to his feat as you shifted stiffly upward and stood up, looking at the red head demon. You examined him, to tired to focus on anything else. When training had begun, you were told that the demons in curse gear seemed to be around the age of 13 because thats when they had "the most hope" and "most pure" state, but Kiyoshi looked like he was in his late teens. It gave you an uneasy feeling toward him. What...happened to him?
He glared at you, a look that could cut stone, and arched his brow. "Weren't you told its not polite to stare at others?" He walked slowly around you and stopped from behind you, your back facing him. "Plus," he began. "Don't seem like you have my story planed out- it's you with your story in front of me~" "What is that suppose to mean?" You snapped back, to exhausted to play his mental games. Kiyoshi laughed and intertwined his fingers into your soft hair. "You don't remember anything, do you?"
You brushed his hand away and turned to his direction. "I guess not." he said slowly. You looked around your surroundings and back at your hands and hesitated before speaking. "Am...Im still alive...right?" you said softly. Kiyoshi smirked and rocked on his heels. "Surprisingly, yes." "Are you going to kill me?''
Kiyoshi's delighted expression shifted to dispirited. "Well, with how much shit you put the lock of us in, I think its best if you do everything by yourself..." You thought for a minute, baffled on what kiyoshi had meant but the sudden rush of memories flew threw your head and your heart fell. "Oh.." you recalled. Kiyoshi sighed and took small steps backward, hands behind his back. "I was expecting a more...horrified reaction." You sat on the ground and rested your hands behind you, propping yourself up. "I don't even know were i am." you spoke with your hands flaring threw the air softly. "My body could be thrown in a dumpster for all I know.." You shot a glance at Kiyoshi finally realizing something that wasn't suppose to be. "How am i having this allusion- my sword is in my room- how are you even here?"
The excitement and satisfaction that ran threw Kiyoshi's expression sent shivers down your spine but also gave you a warm feeling- reassurance, maybe. For what, you don't know exactly. "The great and oh-so-amazing Kiyo, yours truly, has done something that you didn't even have the patience to do~" He stated proudly. "Basically what i did was- well what you can do to your Curse Gear is that you can make it into small item so you can carry it around without having a bulky thing at your waist 24/7!" You looked at Kiyoshi, distasted but pleased with him. You know that Shinoa had something similar to this- something like a pen or something of the sort. You smirked at Kiyo "So where is my little pen?" Kiyo scoffed and looked down at you as if you had just insulted him. "A pen? No, thats stupid. I got you something much cooler."
Kiysohi reached his had out to yours and pulled you up, his hand in yours. "Look!" He held your hand up and pointed at your finger. "Its a ring!" You studied the ring on your finger. It was a simple black band but it had an enchanted vibe to it. "Nice" you admitted. But you looked up at Kiyoshi and shot a confused look at him. "Why on my wedding finger, though?" Kiyoshi untangled his hand with yours and shrugged. "Think as if it was a promise." "What promise?" you thought aloud. He smirked and laughed softly. "That your end is near."
You felt the ends of your hair stand up and you looked at Kiyoshi with fear and confusion. But he only responded with his warm smile and cold eyes. He leaned close and whispered into your ear. "Its time to wake up."

Your eyes fluttered open but quickly shut from a bright light. "What the hell..." You mumbled, covering you eyes from the light and sitting up. You clumsy put your hands in front of you trying to find the resource of the light. After sheepishly having your hands in the air swinging, your hands met with a warm chalky surface. You pushed it away from you and you could see the light shine away threw your eyelids.
As your eyes adjusted to the normal lighting, you slumped off of the bed you were on. At least you thought it was a bed. Your body felt stiff and cold. How long have you been sleeping....where are you? You stretched your arms and arched your back like a cat. But the feeling of something around your neck quickly made you grab at your throat. Your hands scratched at a hard metallic collar that was loosely wrapped around your neck.
Why do you have a collar on...? Why....
You tugged and pulled at the collar, trying to break loose. This isn't right. This isn't right. You tried pulling it apart, pulling from your neck, but it wouldn't budge. You could hear your breath quicken and become short.
You fell to your knees, still tugging at the collar. But it just violently rubbed against your neck as you tried to grasp free.
Had it always been cold in here? It was so quiet you. You placed your hands on the cold marble floor and took in a shaky breath. Stay calm said a voice in the back of your head.
You let out a soft breath and brushed your fingers threw your hair. Slowly, you rose from the floor and examined the large room, trying to find a door. Finally, your eyes met with large wooden doors. You walked toward to door, making sure to not make a single sound. Your hands rapped around the large handle and pulled. The door opened with a eery creek. This is your chance out.
"Don't make me have to chase you, I'll catch you anyways." Said a voice coldly from behind you.
Your body froze, not daring to turn around. The vampire move toward you from behind, taking slow and steady steps. You quickly let go of the door handle and held your hands close to your chest. They stopped moving but they quickly slammed to door shut from behind you, only seeing their arm. You flinched and stepped backwards but bumped into whoever was there.
You swiftly turned around and pressed yourself into the door. Your eyes were still shut tight.
"Look at me when I speak to you, cattle." Barked the vampire. The word cattle rung threw your head. Your rebellious side tempted you to fight back but you quickly swallowed the thought. " I said open them!" They demeaned.
You shot your eyes open, sending a glare but your gaze soften when you met eyes with sharp blue ones.
"Mika?"
