I walk over to Pinebreeze and Vipermask. The elders are nowhere to be seen.
Halfstar's judging gaze is scorching the back of my head.
I duck inside the elders' den and looked at my sisters talking.
They immediately notice mine and Beekit's presence.
"Cinderleaf?" Vipermask gets to her feet. She runs over and nuzzles me.
"Cinderleaf!" Pinebreeze stands up.
Beekit shies away from us reuniting.
"Beekit! This is Cinderleaf-"
"Our sister," Vipermask finishes. She glares at Pinebreeze.
