Chapter 15

I woke up with a terrible neck pain. I checked for my mom buh she was no where to be found. I got up and walked upstairs to my room. I put my phone on the charger and I jumped onto the bed and closed my eyes.

*Phone Rings*

Me : hello?

Joey : hi Hailey

Me : Ey what's up?

Joey : no much, what are you up to today?

Me : uhm nothing why?

Joey : Well I was just asking

Me : Really?

Joey : Not really, there is a party tonight and I was wondering if you'd like to join me?

Me : Yeah sure that's cool. What time??

Joey :  I'll pick you up at 7pm

Me : Okay fine I will text you my address.

Joey :  Cool bye

Me : bye

I hang up and turn to my window. I close my eyes and fall asleep

2 hours later

I get up and check the time. "Its 2pm" I say to myself then get out of bed. I walk to the bathroom, brush my teeth and take a long hot bath. I swear I fell asleep twice in the bathtub.

After what seemed like the whole day, I get out of the bath. I walk to my room, put my towel onto the bed. I walk into my closet. I take out sweat pants and a tank top.

What will I wear later on I thought to myself. I wear the clothes I took out and continue looking for tonight's outfit.

Maybe a dress but not a long one with a jacket. Yes I thought to myself and ran downstairs for my breakfast/ Lunch. My stomach was getting painful from hunger.

I made myself pancakes, with eggs and bacon and had a milkshake which I made myself too. I went to the living room, switched on the tv and watched some celebrity drama.

I dug into my food and ate it all up so quickly, I got indigestion. I went to the kitchen, took on of my mom's pills for pains and drank it.

I went back to the living room and layed on the couch facing up, so the food can digest properly. I continued watch tv, as I was about to fall asleep again the door bell rang.

I ignored it and the person pressed it a couple of times. I got off the couch and opened the door.

"Hi, how can I help yuu?" I asked the man in front of me

" Are you Hailey?" He asked

"Yes!" I replied and he handed me a paper.

"May you please sign here?"

I take a moment to read what was written then sign. He looked behind him and yelled "Bring it in boys"

I heard an engine start and a tow truck came up with a Ferrari behind it.

"What is that?" I asked

"Congratulations ma'am. That's your car" he replied

"Huh?" I asked confused

"That's all I know, here are your keys" he says handing me the key and walking away.

I close the door, run upstairs, grab my phone and call my mom.

Mom : Hailey whats up

Me : mama there was a car brought here and they said its mine. What is going on?

Mom : Oh your dad wannet to surprise you. So he bought a car. He says you are nuisance always asking to borrow cars from us

Me : I only asked him once though. Since its his present lemme call him, bye.

I hung up before she could say anything and I immediately dialled my dad's numbers. He didn't pick up. I called 4 more times, still he wasn't picking up. I stopped calling him, went downstairs and snapped my new car, of course I had to show the world.

I lock the door of the house and get into my car. Oh that sounds nice "My car"...

I drive around my block and go back home realising I still have to change, I have a party to attend.

I run upstairs as soon as I get into the house. I wipe myself quickly then change into the outfit I picked out. I wore combat boots with my lil black dress. I went downstairs, took out a bottle of water from the fridge and gulped half of it.

I waited for Joey to come fetch me. Just as I was about to call him. The door bell rings.
