Falling

Kazune left and packed some food for his family.

Kazune: "I'm sure they'll love the food."
Akira: "I hope they do."

She locked the door and ran up to the stairs into her bed room.

When Kazune got home, he gave the food to his butler and maids. A lady was staring in front of him wearing a suit. His parents were home.

Kazune: "Oh. Ms. Kirigaya..."
Ms. Kirigaya: "So I see you went to see my daughter?"

Akira kept moving around in her bed and kept thinking about how thier lips touched when eating, then she
heard a crumple noise on the side of her ear.

Akira's heart jumped.

Kazune looked down.

Kazune: "Yes, I did. But I think she'll be ready whenever. So why don't you just see her tomorrow?"
Ms. Kirigaya: "I would if I could but I'm scared..."
Kazune: "Then shall I bring her?"

Ms. Kirigaya was in shock.

Ms. Kirigaya: "No stop! I'm not ready. I left her to live with her grandmother! You really think she's going to forgive me?!"

She collapsed to the ground and started crying.

Ms. Kirigaya: "I... abandoned her. I was only 18 years old! How was I supposed to know how to raise a kid?!"
Kazune: "Yea well, you should see your daughter. It's already been 16 years and she has no idea who you are."
Ms. Kirigaya: "You know for a kid like you... you really know your way around words."

She left to her vehicle. Once she left, Kazune went up to his room.

Kazune: "Can't believe her."

He sighed, he realized he had to tell Akira.....

Kazune: "Please forgive me."

The day of the carnival. Akira wore jean shorts, and a plain oversized white shirt, she smiled as she waited for Kazune.

Kazune: "Hey! I'm here."

Akira blinked as she saw him.

Kazune: "Well look at that. We're matching."
Akira: "Yes, it seems so."
Kazune: "Well come on."

He grabbed her hand, but when he grabbed it Akira quickly let go.

Akira: "... umm I kinda accidentally.... well I asked other people as well."
Kazune: "Ok.... who?"

He chuckled.

Akira: "So... there's Min-"
Minoto: "Akira!... hey."

He said calmly yet down.

Akira: "Heidi-"

As she continued, Heidi pulled Kana, finding her resisting to go to the festival.

Heidi: "Kana! Stop trying to resist, it's no use."
Kana: "But if I do, I'd have to see..."

She faced Akira.

Kana: "Ugh... her."

Heidi confronted Akira and carried her.

Heidi: "Let's go."
Akira: "Woah... HEY! Let me down you pervert."

As he let you down, he leaned in closer to you.

Heidi: "Anything you want."
Akira: "Hmm, yea."

Minoto budged between you and Heidi.

Minoto: "I think we should go now before it gets too crowed."

Akira nudged Minoto a bit and thanked him. Minoto grabbed her hand and walked off.

Akira: "What do you wanna do when we get there?"
Minoto: "Any chance I get to spend time with you."

She turned red and looked at the ground.

Akira: "You don't really mean that..."
Minoto: "I do."

She chuckled and walked off going ahead of everybody else. After going ahead of everybody else, she quickled zoomed around the corner and held her chest.

Akira: "There is so way.... that I'm falling for Minoto?!"

She put a lock of her hair behind her ear and gulped.

Kazune: "What's wrong?"

She jumped in shock.

Akira: "Wrong?- What's wrong?- You're wrong."

He slightly laughed and held your hand.

Kazune: "Akira... come with me."
Akira: "Me? But what about Kana?"

He came closer to her.

Kazune: "Just you, please."

Ba-dump.

Akira: "O-ok."

He took you to the groceries.

Akira: "Why are we here?"
Kazune: "I know things became awkward, but I don't want it to be that way. So just stay with me.... and we're here because I'm trying to get you away from Heidi, while I wanna get away from Kana. And they wanted you to cook for them."

She laughed at his statement and kept holding his hand.

Akira: "Kazune..."

He looked back at her.

Akira: "What happens if I-"
Kazune: "Don't."

He answered immediately.

Akira: "But you don't even know what I was going to say."
Kazune: "He's a bad man. Do you hear?"

She slightly let go of his hand.

Akira: "How do you know? I mean people can change over time..."
Kazune: "Because he did something bad and I took the blame."

Her eyes widened, she didn't want to believe it. How could a guy, who's been so nice, caring, and even loving, be so... guilty.

Akira: "Okay... And if i believe you?"
Kazune: "Believe me."

He went closer to her and held her hand again.

Kazune: "Akira. I'm sorry."
Akira: "What for?"

His voice broke.

Kazune: "I know I wasn't there for you when you were down, but..."

He sniffled.

Kazune: "I can't lose you to him."
