Nathan POV

"I fucking told you, I did not touch her." I banged my left fist on the metal table of the questioning room causing it to shake. Officer Dan gave me a glare, which I returned.

"Nathan, if you did tell me, we can easily cut you a deal for 4 years, now if you don't confess you'll get the whole 7 years." Officer Dan shrugged his shoulder leaning back into his chair. I snorted, "Fuck you, fuck her, I didn't touch her." I spat.

He sighed heavily and rubbed at his temple, "Where were last night around midnight?"

"Fuck this, I want my lawyer, I don't have to answer your bullshit question." Officer Dan sighed again and mumbled, "Fair enough." He stood up and left the room, leaving me in the secluded room occupied with mirrors inching around the area of the walls.

I buried my face on the palm of my hand, cursing to myself. The constant shaking of my legs was showing a sigh of my anger flaring inside of me.

How the hell did I get myself in this situation?

Ok I'm well of aware of I was beyond drunk and high last night, but I will never, never, rape someone, I have to much self respect and dignity not to. Not only that, my heart, body and loyalty lies with Mariah.

Fuck, Mariah. She was going to be pissed.

My head lifted at the sound of the creaking door, walking in came Officer Dan. He approached me holding out a cell phone, "Call your lawyer." I gladly took it before standing and walking to the corner of the room.

Dialing the number I pressed the phone to my ear, having my hand go through my hair. It ring a few times before it was answered, "Parker."

"Tom I need you, I'm back in this shithole again."

"What did you do this time?" Tom groaned.

"Nothing, they think I raped some bitch which I'm 100% sure I didn't." Tom sighed before muffling a alright. I smirked and ended the call. I turned to face Officer Dan, his arms were crossed over his chest and both eyebrows were raised.

"He's coming." I toss the phone to him which he caught.

Tom came walking in the questioning room with a brief case and a annoyed expression on his face. I watched from my sit as he came to me and took the seat beside me. Sitting the brief case on the table his attention turned to Officer Dan who sat across from us.

"Explain." Tom voice came out professionally as he directed his words to Dan. Dan cleared his throat before speaking, "Last night Mr. Sykes was placed under arrest for rape towards Juliet Summer. His dna strands were found on the victims neck where to holes are place." Tom nodded his head listening to every he said.

"Is the victim the only eyewitness?"

"Well-"

"It's a yes or no question." Tom cut him adjusting at his black tie.

"Yes.' Tom nodded opening his brief case and taking some papers out. A pen was removed from his pocket as he begin to scribble things down. "Did you hear Mr. Sykes side of my story."

"No the asshole didn't, he assumed that I rape the bitch." My words came out harsh as I felt my anger start to rise. Tom sent me a look causing me to bite down on my tongue.

"Alright Nathan, tell us what happen." Dan sarcastically said rolling his eyes in the process.

"Last night I went out with my friends, Michael and Harry, we had some drinks and some weed. Then we went home, I don't really remember much, but I know I did not rape that girl.." I notice Tom was scribbling down stuff as each word was spoke.
