An abyss. A beautiful black abyss. That's what the universe was. With it's twinkling stars lighting paths to unknown places, providing light and heat for potential life. Creating worlds we cannot imagine.
Curiosity. It etched at my skin, tunneled itself in, and buried itself in my brain, carving it's questions. The things it didn't know. The things it wanted answers to.
Just like him.
