though unstable,
was not once sought after.
He jumped from town to town, from country to city, a raptor.
And though he left trails of blood, trails of gore,
a few limbs,
and a corpse
The only enemies he had ever acquired
Were the two people whose howls and cries and protests
He so desperately desired.
