Sometimes sadness is inevitable.
It comes when you are feeling happy and secure,
It rips precious time away from you.
Sadness can do so many things.
Help you
Harm you
Change you.
It has power to do as it pleases.
It has the power to tear you down and help put you back together
Sometimes for the better
Sometimes for the worse.
Sometimes it's just inevitable.
