Chapter 6 // Crossing off #2

Chris' P.O.V.

I leaned over her and kissed her forehead, I wish she could've heard everything that just said. I leaned back up and stood there looking at her,

"Good Night Nikki" I sighed and walked round the bed and toward the door, I grabbed the door knob and opened it. I slowly moved out, so that not a lot of light from the hall would come in. I almost closed the door, when I heard her speak.

"Good Night Chris" I smiled and closed the door all the way. I walked down the stairs to the kitchen and sat by Keisha where a plate was already made for me. I sat there just looking at all the food and saw another plate that was already made, I looked at Mama and pointed to it,

"Nikki's?" She nodded and I got up and put some plastic wrap over it.

"Baby what are you doing" Mama asked as I put the plate in the fridge, I made my way back to table and sat down.

"She's" I paused and smiled "She's asleep" I looked at my plate and started eating,

"Boy why you smiling like that?" She asked me as I looked back up at her.

"No reason" I lied, there was a reason. I tried to stop but I couldn't I kept smiling

"WAIT" KeKe shouted and ran up stairs, me and mom both looked at each other weird then were about to follow her when she came back down the stairs with a piece of paper and a purple crayon in her hand. She came and sat down as she marked on the paper,

"Keisha baby, what are you doing?" My mom asked as Keisha showed my mom what she was doing,

"I crossed off number 2" She said as she smiled, Mom smiled as she read it and then looked at me and smiled. Whats going on?

"What?" I asked as she showed me the paper. I looked at number 2

'bubby to be happier' I smiled and looked at KeKe,

"Are you saying I'm not happy" I said getting up from the table and smiling at her, I put my hands  up like I was going to tickle her, She screamed and started to run, I chased her as she ran in to the living room, I almost grabbed her but she ducked under the coffee table and ran up the stairs, I followed her as I took 2 steps at a time.

"NIKKI, NIKKI" Keisha screamed as she ran to the end off the hall, She ran in to Nikki's room as I followed her,

"Keisha shes aslee-" I stopped as stood there in the door way and saw Nikki in this red bra with matching underwear. I admired her as she looked at me.

"Nikki save me" Keisha yelled as she ran over to her. She got behind Nikki's leg and tried to hid her self.

"Um- I-I'm S-sorry" I stuttered....DAMN CHRIS!! she giggled and looked at me.

"Its okay Chris," She said as she turned around and grabbed Keisha, She was telling her something but I was in a trance from her body, I bit my bottom lip and looked at her up and down, She walked in to the walk-in closet and closed the door. I sighed and smiled as Keisha looked at me,

"Lets go" I said as she walked passed me out the door, I looked over and the closet as the door opened, She came out in a pair of grey sweats and a light blue t-shirt. I smiled s she smiled back at me,. I was waking out the door when she stopped me,

"Chris?" I turned around and looked at her.

Nikki's P.O.V.

"Chris?" I asked as he turned around and looked at me.

"Um, Can we talk?" I asked

"Private?" He asked I blushed and then nodded my head.

"Well lets go to my room, it at least has a lock."  I nodded again as we walked down the hall to Chris' room. I waked in and sat on the black comforter with little white circles on it, He closed the door and walked over and sat on the bed but with plenty of space between the two of us.

"So um, what did you what do you wanna talk about?" He asked, I let out a sigh and looked down at my hands that I had in my lap. I looked up and him a blushed just a little,

"Um I heard what you said earlier." I said as he looked at me.

"All of it?" He asked as I hesitantly nodded my head. He sighed and put his head in his hands I sat there for a good minute and watched him as he just continued to sit there.

"Um" He looked up and me but with his hands in the same place as where they were when he had his head in it. "Look...Just...You can leave now if that's all you have to say, Not to be rude, I promise, Just....Please leave" He said as he put his head back in his hands.I smiled a little at how embarrassed he was, I was sexy. I scooted toward him a little bit so where I was sitting in between hi legs that were spread out. I grabbed his hands and pulled them away from his face, I starred in to his eyes.

"Why are you so embarrassed? I chuckled as a little smile appeared on his face. He chuckled as I let go off his hands because I was still holding them.

"I don't know, I thought that you wouldn't like me back or think that it was stupid" He shrugged.

"I do like you" He looked in to my eyes as i said that he smiled again showing his dimples,I looked in to his and  smiled. Chris looked at my lip then back at my eye, He started to lean in and his eyes closed......
