PART ONE: COLOR SPLASH
1. Open your image and then open the same image over it, then expand it so they got perfectly. (I suggest cropping it before you start editing to make sure the images are the exact same thing.)

(Don't mind the effect that I added, that was just to make Allison the complete focus

2. Click the Filter tab and turn the saturation on the Foreground all the way down so it's black and white.

3. Go under the mask tab and click on the brush. Start masking out the area that you wish to color. (This can be hard depending on what it is your coloring and how much of a perfectionist you are.)

(You can do this for other parts of the image too

(You can do this for other parts of the image too. Just mask out everything you wanna color.)
Your image should come out looking something like this, with only a few parts colored in with most of it black and white.

I'm not feeling the red lips but whateves! Onto the next part.

PART TWO: TEXT AND OBJECT ILLUSION
1. Go on Phonto and open a white image. Write your title in black.

2. Go back on Superimpose and open up your color splash edit. Then open up the title image as the foreground. Mask out the white background using the magic tool. You can either leave it black or invert the colors to make it white. Then merge.

3. Open up the PNG of whatever object you decide to use for the edit. I'm using an arrow, figures.
4. Place the object as desired and do not merge.
5. Go under the Transform tab and put PNG under a transparent kind of filter so you'll be able to see what to mask out. I used multiply. It made the arrow see through.
6. Zoom in then go to the Mask tab. Use the brush tool and make it small. Then start masking out whatever you feel is necessary to make it look like the object is going through the text. Be creative with it!

Here's my finished piece!

Hope this tutorial didn't suck too much. I'll probably make a quick and easy tutorial on Faceclaim and Title Illusion.

'Til next time guys! 💙
