My eyes flutter opened to the light from the sun that came pouring through my curtains. I rubbed my eyes gently. I can smell the sweet strawberry scent of the blanket which was wrapped around my body, as I hugged my soft pillows tightly. I shut my eyes again.

Days had already passed.
But since then, I can't forget that night and feelings which brought shivers down on my spine.

I kissed him. I really did and I can't believe it.

It was totally embarrassment on my part because I do the first move. Sabi nga nila, pangit daw tignan sa isang babae na siya ang gumagawa ng first move sa lalaki. Dapat daw sila ang una.

But knowing Zion? He would never go to do such things. He's not like the other guys out there. He's way too far from them.

He's like a cross-word puzzle
in which you will have a hard time searching for its answer, that's nowhere to be found. It will leave you dumbfounded and wondering.

Wala kang ibang magagawa kundi ang mag-isip ng posibleng sagot sa mga tanong na kay hirap hanapan ng kasagutan tungkol sa kanya o 'di kaya'y mag-conclude kung ano ba talaga siya.

That time I can't think straight, I was so irrational. So I guess it was justifiable. Nabigla din ako sa ginawa ko. After all, dapat nagsisisi, but there's a huge part of me na nagsasaya dahil do'n.

As a matter-of-fact, I loved it. I would never, ever forget that tingling sensation it caused to me.

I rolled out of bed and walked ahead to the mirror. I looked at my reflection, only to find out that I'm smiling. I'm unconsciously smiling by the thoughts of him.

Mula sa kinatatayuan ko, tinanaw ko ang labas sa nakaawang na bintana ng aking silid. Natatabingan 'yon ng mga kurtina na kulay kahel.

I saw the birds flying back and forth, the sun that shines so brightly, the sky that's so clear, the clouds are so white, trees are swaying and leaves are falling.

Isang magandang umaga...

I went over to where the stuffed toys are well-arranged in the fragile cabin. I took a glance of each one of those cute stuffs, then carefully slid the door to the right and held one. I playfully ran a hand all over its soft, smooth fur.
