2 Months Later

*August 27, 2038. Chloe, Chase, Coraline and Celeste are still 10. Collin and Zoey are still 10. Casper, Robert, Christian and Sophia are still 7. Christopher, Cameron, Ramona, Cecilia, Bree, April and Rey are all 3. April and Rey just turned 3. Heaven is now 2 months old but still in the NICU. Valeria is now in a coma for who know how long. Corey is about to be released from the hospital. Heaven above in the NICU.
At Corey and Valeria's house*
Cameron- Nana.
Gabriella- Yes Cam?
Cameron- When is mommy coming home?
Gabriella- I don't know Cam. Why don't you go outside with Chris, Casper, Collin and Chase?
Cameron- Ok!
*he runs off. Chloe, Coraline and Celeste come into the living room*
Gabriella- Hey girls.
Chloe/Coraline/Celeste- Hi Nana.
Gabriella- How are you holding up?
Chloe- I'm pretty okay. I just miss mom.
Coraline- Same here.
Celeste- I MISS MOM SO MUCH!
*Celeste starts crying and Gabriella picks her up onto her lap*
Gabriella- Shh Cel. Everything will be fine.
Celeste- But what if it isn't?
Gabriella- It's my daughter. She'll pull through, just like her older brother...
Chloe- Mom doesn't have an older brother!
Gabriella- She does.
*Troy comes in after hearing that*
Troy- Your mom does have an older brother, up in heaven.
Chloe- What happened Pop?
Gabriella- March 27, 2007 at 0700.
A miracle was born. I wasn't supposed to have him. He was unexpected.
Our first son,
Caleb Jack-James-Carter Bolton.
4 lbs 9 inches. He was born 4 months early, just like Heaven.
Troy- Two days after his birth, he flatlined. There was nothing we could do to save him. So, March 29 2007, we lost our first son.
Gabriella- The doctors said that if I ever got pregnant again, I could suffer greatly. But after awhile, I got pregnant many more times.
Coraline- I'm sorry Nana, Pop.
Troy- It's alright Cora.
*looks at watch*
Troy- Time to go pick up your daddy. I'll be back!
Chloe- Can I come?
Troy- Sure.
*Cameron comes in*
Cameron- ME TOO!
Troy- Alright. Come on!
*at the hospital*
Corey- Chloe, Cameron. What are you guys doing here?
Chloe- Picking you up silly! Can I see Heaven before we leave???
Corey- If it's alright with the doctors.
Dr 1- Of course! Nurse! Take these four to the NICU please! They would like to see Heaven.
Nurse- Of course!
*in the NICU*
Cameron- So tiny dad.
Corey- I know.
Chloe- Did you know that mom has an older brother?
Corey- She does?
Chloe- In heaven.
Corey- Oh.
Troy- You can't tell Val though.
Corey- Why not?
Troy- She thinks she is the oldest Bolton.
Corey/Chloe- Oh, ok.

Chase/Coraline/Celeste/Collin/Casper/Christopher- DADDY!
Corey- Hey kids.
Gabriella- Hey Corey. How are you feeling?
Corey- Pretty good. Val's still in a coma.
