We we walk into the cafeteria, we see someone at our usual lunch table. We are shocked, as it is the richest guy at school. Liam says
"So I have a deal."
Adrian says
"Not a chance."
"Come on. Please just listen."
I am just here standing, being completely silent.
"So here's the deal. You two pretty ladies be mine. In exchange for that you can have all the money you want. I know this will especially help you Adrian. I need an answer by the end of Monday."
I am shocked. Adrian starts to push him away. I finally speak up.
"Do we both have to do it?"
He smiled as he knew what I was thinking. That Adrian for sure wouldn't do it, but I might. But he was much smarter than I thought.
"Yes you both have to do it."
Then he left. Adrian and I both spent the rest of lunch being angry. The bell finally rings. I say
"Plea-"
"No."
"Just thin-"
"I have. No."
"Just let me talk."
She was silent. I took that as a sign to keep going.
"I know you need money. I don't like him either, but he does have a point. Please."
It takes her a bit, but she finally says
"I'll think about it over the weekend."
I give her a big hug. Yay! I know she will be happy with her decision. I just know it.
