Chapter 36- Christmas Special!!

{MAGNUS}

We walk isn't the airport hand in hand. It's the evening on Christmas Eve and we are getting married in 10 days. Alec will not shut up about how he will find a way to become immortal.

"Alec, we have to meet up with Kay. She should be getting off of the plane soon." Just as I say it, Kay runs off the plane. She hugs me and looks at Alec.

"You must be Alec," she says with a cold stare. "Pleasure to meet you." She walks to the car and puts her bag in the trunk.

"Why is she so icy?" Alec asked me. I shrug it off. "Magnus?"

I sigh and finally answer "She doesn't support my being gay. Or you. Or anyone." Alec steps back.

"What?" He says shocked, "How.. How could you not tell me?"

"I didn't think it was important" I shoot back

"What now our lives aren't important? Who you love and want to spend the rest of your eternity doesn't matter? How could you not tell me?"

"Alec, I-"

"No. Don't say anything. I'll take a cab to the institute." Alec walks away with Katherine in his arms, and all I can do is sigh and get into Kay's rented car.

{CLARY}

I wake up in a hospital, with no one by me. Not a single soul in sight. "Hello?" I softly say a nurse walks in and takes my blood pressure.

"You should probably tell us your name, dear. I'm sure your family is worried sick. You've been here for a few days.

"Huh?" I try to find my phone but it's out of my reach.

"It's December 24th. Christmas Eve. You've been in here since the 21st. What's your name, dear?"
