Okay so I know these must get annoying but I'll just put them here in case, if you do already know the rules just skip them and go to the bottom where the password is; which you'll have to put on your Character form!
1) you can kill anyone's characters but don't be all "I hit Gerald and he died immediately" people are very tough in Fallout, deal with it and do actually ask people of it okay.
2) you can have more than one character
3) no Mary Sues or Gary Sues
4) no OP characters, for example
"Strength: 1000/10"
5) hate the character not the owner
6) you can do drugs of you must
7) you can swear but remember we are in a post apocalyptic world most swear words could be different!
8) not everyone has a Pip-Boy
9) clean water is rare running water is almost unheard of
10) supplies are scarce! No "he opened the chest and found clean water, 17 mini nukes, 30 .45mm rounds and 4000 caps"
11) have fun
12) don't have an op character ( no fat mans as main weapons, in fact let's not have them)
13) it takes a good couple of rounds to kill someone
14) traders will be a random occurrence
15) scavengers will shoot you if they think you are trying to steal their loot.
16) you can have up to 4 characters
17)wait for me to accept you before you RP
18) have fun
19) if you die you make a new Character.
20) NO NEKO CHARACTERS
21) No random made up creatures that make no sense to exist
