The next morning as I woke up I felt a smile already spreading across my face, last night was perfect and well--I kissed him. I kissed Drew Simons. I glanced beside me and saw Liz sleeping soundly beside me, when I got home last night I found her here already sleeping due to the fact that I made it home by 11. Not wanting to wake her I just fell asleep but now I was way to eager to tell her so I shook her awake.

"What?" She groaned stirring slightly.

"Lizzie wake up!" I said shaking her.

At the sound of my voice her eyes snapped open and she sat up in bed and turned to me. "Tell me everything! God what time did you get home?"

I laughed shrugging my shoulders "11ish, what time did you get home?"

"9, I just went to a movie and it started at 7. Anyway where did he take you?"

"We had a beach picnic." I said smiling even wider, if that was possible.

Liz smiled to "That's so cute! Were you at the beach all that time?"

I shook my head "We ate, watched the sunset then wandered around town for hours just... talking. He asked me questions about stuff and I asked him about his family. He has 3 sibling 2 older one younger and. God it was so amazing."

"Did you kiss?" Liz asked the eagerness in her tone was unmistakable.

I nodded my head a blush rising to my cheeks "Twice, once at the beach the other when he dropped me off. He was just so--so charming with me."

"So are you 2 like a couple?"

"I don't know, doesn't he have to ask me to be his girlfriend?"

Liz nodded "Always but he's not usually the steady girlfriend type so he may just assume."

I nodded too, but for some reason her saying steady girlfriend didn't faze me at all. Maybe it was the fact that Drew was my first kiss or that he felt so special to me I couldn't see him doing anything bad to be, he was special. He wouldn't hurt me.

"So what are you doing today?" Liz asked as she examined her nails.

I shrugged "I thought of going to Jades, wanna come?"

"Um sure." Liz said as if the question took her offguard "What time are you going?"

I reached for my phone and checked the time, 10 am. "A half hour or so." Liz nodded as she stood up and stretched.

"Okay, I'll go get ready."

I nodded and walked over to my closet and grabbed baby blue jean shorts and a white offshoulder tanktop with a big pink heart on it and then pulled a brush through my hair then pulled it into a ponytail then went to brush my teeth and added some mascara and then peach lipgloss.

Usually putting on makeup always made me feel self conscious about whether it looked right or wrong but for some reason I felt so much more confident with myself now. I walked over to my phone as it buzzed and picked it up to see a text from... Drew.

[Hey, I had alot of fun last night]

I smiled as I texted back [Me too]

[When do you wanna go out again?] He said back and I giggled, eager much?

[Whenever, wherever as long as I'm with you]

He texted back a heart and I felt myself swoon, only he could make me feel like this. "CHLOE!" Liz's voice called snapping me back to reality. "We going or what?"
