Congratulations to everyone the poems were all amazing. I found that this week many had trouble writing a serious topic like this, but I'm glad many were able to come out of their comfort zones, and they were all very well written and very emotional! In Canada December 31 and January 1 is drive sober or get pulled over campaign, as well as one of the participants got hit by a car, so these poems fit in perfectly. I hope people will make a smart decision, especially over the holiday season, to drive safely and sober.

Usually in TNPC you have one week to write a poem, but this round you will get until January 5 2014, because I will be going on vacation to Costa Rica, and will be without wifi until then. This time should be used wisely for your new poem must be a sequel to a poem in the top 100 poetry under discover. When writing this poem insure to include what poem you are writing the sequel to, what place the original poem is in, and what date it was in that place. YOU MAY NOT WRITE A SEQUEL TO A POEM OF YOUR OWN IF IT IS IN THE TOP 100.

Make sure you DO NOT post before January 5 2014, when I post on my message board to post it, otherwise you will be deducted points, which are crucial.
