You groaned as you sat on the couch holding you stomach. Your cramps were bad but not this bad you could barely sit comfortably.
Wanda walked in.
"Honey what's wrong?" She asked wondering what I was doing then she sensed it I didn't even have to answer. 
"What can I get you?" She asked.
"I don't know ... it's never been this bad it hurts so much I can barely think." You say.
"Well, I think I know what you might want what you usually want when your on your cycle." She said handing you some chocolates and a hot compress. 
"Thanks Wan, lucky Gia isn't on this stage in her life yet." You said .
"Yeah totally." Wanda agreed.
