Lucas Farkle Zay Riley and Maya were sitting in the living room for there last day of winter break walking tv G was sleeping the long train rides made her sleeping pattern all weird then Lucas' phone starts going off he was sitting in the chair with Zay on the arm he looked at the called ID
"Who's calling" Riley asked
"Pappy Jo" he replied then answered
"Hey"
"Yeah"
"That's horrible"
"Ok I'll make sure G knows she's sleeping now"
"Ok pappy jo thanks"
"What was that about" Maya asked
"Angela died" Lucas said Topanga stopped cooking and turned around
"What" Farkle asked
"How did pappy Jo know" Riley asked
"He went to visit her in the hospital and she died when he got there in ICU" Lucas said everyone was silent
"Who's gonna tell G" Maya asked
"Not me" Zay said
"I couldn't" Riley said
"Me nether" Farkle said
"I think Lucas should" Maya said
"Why me" Lucas asked
"I think she's right Lucas" Topanga said
"Why me" Lucas asked again
"You're her best friend almost brother I think you should" Topanga said Lucas looked over at his friends they all nodded
"Ok" he sighed standing up Zay put a arm on his shoulder
"Wait till morning Lucas" Zay said
"Should I" he asked Topanga
"Yeah let her sleep one more night" Topanga said
I jumped up the next morning ready to go back to school from winter break I got up and ran out to the living room but I stopped when I heard Topanga talking with Riley Cory Josh and Maya
"I can't believe she died" Cory said who I thought to myself
"I know" Topanga replied
"Who's gonna tell her" Cory asked
"Lucas" Riley replied
"She's gonna be broke" Josh said
"That's why we have to let her be" Topanga said
"I still can't believe Angela died the way she did" Maya said at the words i shut down I didn't speak I didn't cry I couldn't I was completely shut down I tried walking back to my room but with one step I fell on the ground and passed out
I woke up curled up next to someone I opened my eyes and saw Lucas I was asleep next to Lucas who was also asleep I shook awake and sat up then I remember what has happened I looked down at my necklace and started to tear up I held it with both my hands and sobbed my sobbing was loud enough to wake Lucas he jumped up and sat next to me he hugged me from the side as I cried
"Lucas she's dead" I cried
"I know" he replied
"It killed her and I wasn't there" I cried once more
"It wasn't your fault she wanted you here" he replied
"But I could've been there"
"I shouldn't have yelled at her" I sobbed
"What do you mean" Lucas asked
"I screamed at her in Texas telling her she shouldn't be acting like everything is ok and now she's gone" then the door opened I looked over and saw Josh
"Josh" I cried getting up and running over to him he pulled me close as I cried into his chest
