Don't You Find This Annoying And Quite Frankly The Person Who Wrote It Needs To Go Back To Year One. Because It Is Common Knowledge That You Only Use Capital Letters At The Beginning Of A Sentence, On The First Letter Of A Place Or On The First Letter Of A Name.
Also To All The Authors Out There That Write Like This, Why Do You Do It? It Takes Twice As Long To Write And Gets Annoying Keep Having To Press The Caps Lock Button!
