Chapter 17

After they have done eating, Jieun help Baekhyun with his homework. It's mathematics. A subjects that Jieun hate the most.

"Aish- How am I supposed to teach him this!", She whisper to herself while scratching her head in confused as she stuck on a question.

"Waeyo?", Baekhyun look at her who suddenly goes silent in the middle of helping him finish his homework.

Jieun bit her lower lip. "I... Can't answer this question", she sighed. "I'm very suck at mathematics to be honest"

"Ohh... This question. It's quiet easy actually!", Baekhyun start to explain the work done for the question while Jieun write the working and answer as been told by Baekhyun. "That's how it done. Quiet simple, right?", He chuckles.

"Yeah...", She nod. "But, how do you manage to learn all this? You never come to school", Jieun confused.

Baekhyun shook (actually his dad already take a private tutor for him) "A- Ahh! i- it's a simple math! Basic thing... Y'know~", he fake laugh.

"But how can I don't know about-"

"Jieun! Can you make me a hot chocolate? I suddenly feel like drinking something sweet", he cut Jieun's word before she started to rain him with questions.

"Oh- sure. I'll make it for you", she head to the kitchen.

Baekhyun sigh in relief and rest his head on the table.

Jieun comeback to the table with a cup of hot chocolate but find Baekhyun already fast asleep. She put the cup on the table. "Should I wake him up?", she bit her lower lip again (her habit when she is in confused). She sit beside him and rest her head on the table facing Baekhyun. She stare at his face. She run her finger through his hair and chuckles. "What a cute man", she mumbles and chuckles slowly.

Suddenly Baekhyun open his eye.

Jieun stoned.

He blink.

Her face slowly turn red.

"I- I already made your drink!", she look away and straighten herself. "I-i guess you must be tired. So I think I'll leave now", she stand up and pack her stuff quickly.

"Are you in hurry?", Baekhyun ask her.

"Oh- my mom already ask me where I am. So I afraid she will be worry about me", she lying. "I'll leave now."

"Arasso. Walk safely. See you tomorrow then.", He smile at her.

She smile before left Baekhyun's house.

Next day in class

"Okay class. Please make sure you read page 235 until 238. Class will be continue tomorrow. Thank you.", Mr. Kim walk out from the class.

"Ahhh.... What a boring class...", Jieun sigh and rest her head on the table. She suddenly recall the look Baekhyun gave her yesterday when he woke up. "Ah... Jinjja! How am I going to face him today", she buried her face on the table. "Jinjja pabo...", she mumbles.

A shadow suddenly blocking the sunlight. Jieun look up.

"Omo. Taeyeon-shii.", Jieun stand up and bow. "What are you doing here?"

"To meet you"

"Me?", She blink a few times. "Wae?"

"I heard that you close with Baekhyun", Taeyeon gaze into her eyes and raise her eyebrows.

"Ani. Just lately -"

"What are you doing in his house? Why do I keep seeing you at his residence?", Taeyeon cut her word with questions.

Jieun stand there silent. She bit her lower lip.

"Are you dating him?", She ask Jieun a question again.

"Ani", a guy's voice approaching them.

Both of them startled and look at the guy. It was Taehyung. Taehyung walk to them.

"Ani. She didn't dating that jerk. She...", Taehyung look at her and smile. "Dating me."
