Chapter 22

It's Monday and the school has start for a while now but Taehyung still not attend any of the class yet.

"Where is he? Is he still mad at me? or he just don't want to be in the class?", Jieun stare at the empty seat beside her. She pack up her stuff and get out.

"Jieun-yah!", Jinri run to her.

"Oh! Jinri-yah! Haha I was about to go to your class", Jieun chuckles.

Both of them walk to the school's cafe.

"Hmm... I miss our school prince", Jinri pout.

"Baekhyun-shi?", Jieun look to Jinri.

"Who else", Jinri chuckles. "Oh! I heard Taehyung still didn't come to the class today. What happened? You must know anything since he sit beside you in the class"

Jieun avoid Jinri's stare. "Molla (I don't know). How should I know. It's not like I'm his girlfriend or something", Jieun take a sip of her drink.

"Aigoo. You always avoiding if it's about Taehyung. Do you hate him so much?"

"Urghh... Let's not talk about him, okay? Talk about something else. Next question please!", Jieun laugh.

"Psh- arasso (alright). Why you stop hangout with me after school, huh? It almost a month! Are you dating someone behind me?!", Jinri give Jieun a death stare.

"Err..." Jieun bit her lower lip.

"Stop biting your lip! It will worn out before anyone else could touch it. Urghh", Jinri roll her eye. "Tell me now. Why."

"Ani. Lately I'm so tired. Yah, we finish our school at 10pm! Then I need to study hard too since this is our last year in High School", Jieun lie.

"Psh- jinjjayo (really)?"

"eo! Jinjja! I want to be like you. So smart and pretty", Jieun try to flutter Jinri.

"Eheyy~ sweet talker!"

Both of them break into laugh.

After the recess, Jieun head back to the class. She startle when she see Taehyung at his place, sleeping. She sit at her place and stare at Taehyung. His school uniform is drench in sweat.

"Ohh... Guess he just back from playing basketball", Jieun thought to herself. "Is he still mad?", the anxiety hit Jieun again.

Taehyung suddenly wake up. He yawn and stretch himself. Jieun quickly look away.

"Urghh...", Taehyung look pissed.

Taehyung face look so tired. He have a big and dark eyebag on his face.

"Yah, what happened to your face?", Jieun concern.

Taehyung sigh. "I put a monkey to sleep last night"

Jieun know the monkey Taehyung meant was Baekhyun.

"Did you wrestle with him again?!", Jieun shock

"I almost break his other arm too"

"Yah. Kim Taehyung!", Jieun yell.

Taehyung smirk at Jieun's reaction.

"You only care about him, right?", Taehyung fake a smile. "I bet you don't care why I coming to school late today"

Jieun silent.

Taehyung stand up and walk away.

"Where are you going, Taehyung?", Jieun ask.

"Change my clothes.", He left the class.
