Loneliness is a disease that can infect your soul, it spreads to every party of your life until there is nothing but darkness. You might think there is no escape, that no matter what you do to escape it ,it will always pull you back. I am proof that there is an escape.
I could feel the sun beating down on my face, it felt good to sit quietly for a few moments enjoying the warmth from the sun after the cold of winter. Finally, the sun had come out and summer is finally here. I could hear the city life around me, the chaos of Detroit going on around me. As many bad things you hear about this city, there are just as many good things. The city life here was wonderful, the museums, and markets and the beauty of the city was amazing. Someday people would see the beauty of this city that I loved so much.
