She knew Bec would be pissed if she missed his party. So she continued getting dressed so she would be fead for when he came to get her. She swallowed a few nauseous pills and a calming pill.

When Bec finally showed up he was horrified. He took one look at her sick sad face and sent her to bed. She wasn't even acting yet. He called the girls told them go cancel the party and stayed with her the whole night. Not at all what she was expecting. She was expecting him to be disgusted with her but he was caring and helpful.
