"He repeatedly hit me over and over again." Mikaela cried to Hylias
"What happened next?" Hylias rubs oils on Mikaela's butt.
" I told him t-to let me down and that I rather him kill me then abuse me."
"What did he say?"
"That he didn't mean too." She whispers
"Well I take it that he lost control, I mean he is the commander in chief and its job to punish those who wrong. He just punished the wrong person." She defends her brother
"In a way I deserved it,right?"
"No," Hylias fixed her skirt and handed her a cup of illop "People and aliens make mistakes."
"It was scary," she admits truthfully
"It looks scary." She refers to Mikaela's red slightly bruised ass
"Don't be mad for too long at him, now and days you have to learn to forgive and forget. And he's your lover, your mate, explore together." Hylias smiles and that makes Mikaela smile "ok?"
Mikaela nods "ok,"
"Now I have to go and deal with the xaflaers." Hylias takes her leave
She just wish that Mikaela had more confidence and control in herself.
"Can you save Frewlim?" She asked hopeful she knows what happened wasn't his fault
"I don't know, I hope so." Hylias looked worried for her brother
Mikaela stood to give her a comforting hug which Hylias accepted gratefully. She left Mikaela to her privacy and went to the motherboard in search for her eldest brother.
"Any results in helping Frewlim?" She asks
"No...look," Kyalis sighs out "There's never been a cure to purify the xaflaers out of anyone."
"He's our sibling! Our family and you're just going give up and kill him!" Hylias starts to shout
"Sister!" He gets in commander mode "know your place! Have you forgotten who you are speaking to?" He spats
"Have you forgotten who your family is?" She grits before leaving
That hit something in him and he sighs in defeat. Hylias always spoke sense to him, she was the calm to his storm. But nothing was adding up; how did Frewlim get infected in the first place?
"Sir we have a problem." Loyet came up
"What now!"
"I think you should see."
They walked to where the xaflaers were held captive. Only one remains alive, bodies piling at the feet. Kyalis locked eyes with Frewlim.
"How do you kill your kind?" Kyalis asked
"They didn't do their job." He smiled with blood covered teeth
"Which was?"
"They infected the wrong brother." He laughed a crackling wicked laugh "I was sent to get the right one."
