My Mattie was nine years old but yet was so old already. Alfred was over a hundred years old yet was still ten.
They both were out of school a Long time ago, so they taught at home.
Alfred was beginning to teach his younger brother about his plans.
Alfred wanted to see what England saw.
He continued to plan and fight, and Mattie soon joined in.
Arthur began to worry.
"Am I a bad father?" He asked worriedly. I sat on the bed, watching him pace.
"Art, you aren't a bad father."
"But Francis, you know what comes next."
"Its not your life, don't worry"
"That's my son!" He said.
"Uh, that's my son too."
"Oh shut up frog"
I rolled my eyes. I got up and wrapped my arms around his waist. "You aren't a bad father.. Our babes are just growing up."
"I remember when they were so small" Arthur rested his head on my chest.
"I can remember when Matt said his first word~" i chuckled.
"I'm gonna miss that~"
