The world doesn't know
When you cry yourself to sleep
Mark your body with the battles you lost
The world doesn't know
That you want to be happy
That you don't want to be suicidal
The world doesn't know
The deepest,
Darkest secrets
The world doesn't know
But it also
Doesn't care
The world is just using you
As a punching bag
For words
Maybe they could care,
If you shared
But you don't want to be hurt any more
So you keep quiet
And when you're gone,
The world will say
"She was beautiful. She could've been a model,
But she died in a horrific
Accident"
The world will not say
''It was us.
Who killed her.''
