Chapter 26: Beginning of the war

Sophia's pov
I'm awake but i still don't want to open my eyes cause i don't wanna live this day, i just wanna stay in my bed and continue dreaming, i hate everything now, my best friend is dead, some whore took my boyfriend away, well yes i blowed him off and that was a big mistake.
I need to change my behavior, all this, it's happening because of me, did i really expected Carl to wait for me, and that kiss with Ron it was just so mean and stupid thing to do.
I turned around and i looked at Carl's bed, it's empty, i slowly get up and walk to the window.
Enid and Carl are siting and talking there, are they siting there cause they want me to see them? This was probably Carl's idea!.... oh god Sophia not everything is about you.
I guess i need to continue without him, actually i think i can't be in the same room with him anymore.
I wanted to tell that to my mum so i went downstairs, she's packing something.
"Hey mum" i said
"Hey honey" she smiled
"I wanted to ask you something" i said
"Oh i wanted to tell you, we're going for some stuff cause we found something interesting outside the walls, you and Carl will be alone tonight" she said
"What?!" I shouted
"Why is there something wrong?" She asked
"Um...well... no" i said
"Then have fun" she said and smiled
"But mum..." i said
"What?"
"When are you exactly leaving?" I asked her
"Right now, Rick already told Carl, see you" she said and kissed me in the forehead
I just looked at her leaving in shock.
My mum is very crazy type of person.
I see Carl coming in the house as my mum went out, they said goodbye and he walked to me.
"Looks like we're all alone tonight" he said and winked
"I don't know what are you exactly trying, but it's disgusting" i said
"Hahah yeah right" he said opening the fridge
"Woah a lot of food here" he said
"Don't eat everything we need it for the dinner" i said
"Do i look like i would eat everything?" He said laughing
"Yeah you're right, you look like you don't eat at all, you don't even have muscles" i said and went upstairs.
"Hey" he said
"What is it" i looked at him downstairs
"Why do you have to be so mean, you said you just wanna keep a distance?" he asked
"Well you're not letting me to keep a distance so i need to be mean" i said
"Ok" he said
In that moment i just remembered i need to tell him one more thing
"And yeah Carl?" I said
"Yes"
"Just don't call Enid over, ok?" I said
The door suddenly rang.
"Too late for that" he smiled and opened the door, it was Enid, she kissed him and i just looked at her with anger.
"Oh hey Sophia" she smiled
"Ugh" i said and went to our room
I don't know why i keep being an asshole but it's just stronger than me, i can't be good around Enid even though she's nice.
I laid in our room listening to some Metallica when i heard Enid laughing, i just wanted to see what are they doing so i sneak out of the room and look downstairs in the living room, they were sitting on the couch watching some movie, they are holding hands, this hurts me, why am i even looking at them.
I can't even call Ron now cause i decided not to be an evil bitch and also i said those bad things to him so he probably wouldn't want anything with me.
I just got back in the room and continued reading Anne Frank and listening to music, i just ignored everything around me.
I fell asleep for a couple of hours and when i woke up i looked at the watch and it read 00:30 and it was quiet, i looked at Carl's bed and it's empty, i'm so hungry cause i didn't have dinner, i just didn't want to go downstairs after that... well after Enid came into our house, and it's all he's fault, that son of a bitch.
I go downstairs and i see them sleeping at the couch hugged, ugh this is disgusting, i just opened the fridge and i was just completely shocked, there wasn't anything in there, i was going to jump on that couch and start beating them both, but instead of that i just screamed loud, i couldn't keep myself and i think the whole street heard me.
"What the hell?!" Carl said walking to me
"YOU FUCKING IDIOT, I'M GONNA KILL YOU BOTH!" I shouted
"Cause we ate all the food" he smiled
"Oh sorry, Carl said that you said that we can" Enid said
"Carl said that i said that somebody said that....ugh i hate you, get out!" I said to her and pointed my finger to the front door.
"Sophia calm down, it's just food" he said
"No it's not just food it's you all night, you're irritating me" i said
"You still like her, that's why you're doing this, i'm out" said Enid and left the house.
"Look what you have done" he said
"No not me, it's your fault, i already said i want distance, you weren't listening" i said
"Whatever i'm going to bed" he said
"Nah, you're staying here on the couch" i sad
"Haha you're funny" he said
"No i'm serious, you sleep here for tonight i can't share a room with you, i'm too angry right now" i said
"You can't take our room for yourself, it's not yours" he said
"Watch me" i said and walked to the room shut and locked the door.
"Sophia! Open the door!" He shouted
"Haha you're funny" i said and put my headphones on my head, after that i didn't hear anything than music.

Carl's pov
Yesterday i had to sleep on the couch cause Sophia ignored me and didn't let me in room.
I woke up cause i heard noise, and looks like that noise is music, i immediately went to our room and opened the door, i saw Sophia writing her diary while her walkman is connected to something like a radio and Metallica's "For whom the bell tools" is playing on it
"SOPHIA!" I shouted, i think the volume is on the max cause i can't even hear myself.
I fast walked to the radio and clicked pause button on it so i can stop the music.
"Hey" she said looking at me
"What the hell?!" I asked
"What do you mean what the hell, i love that song, let my radio go" she said
"Are you crazy?! Why are you doing this, you know it's 6:00 am and i want to get some sleep" i said
"Well i don't care, now click the play button" she said
"Why are you doing this to me?!" I asked her i really freaked out
"Well you see, that was my question yesterday, why is Carl doing this to me? Now you see how it feels i hope you'll stop now" she said
"You're insane, will you stop now?" i said
"Oh no honey, the war just begun" she smiled
"What?" I asked her cause she looked like a crazy person and she was speaking like one
"Get out" she said calmly
"No, this is..." i started
"GET OUT!" She shouted
"Ok ok i'm going" i said walking to the door, and she played her radio.
I closed the door and i was so pissed off, what does she mean the beginning of the war, god we became one another's nightmares"
I saw something shiny on the floor so i pick it up, it's the key of the room, i put it in the door and i lock the room, i just smiled
"Well i guess it is the beginning of the war" i went downstairs
