Britneys POV

Startled I woke up to the sound of my phone ringing. I didn't realize I slept of, though I'm not surprised 4hours straight of watching gossip girls on Netflix, it was bound to happen.

Groaning as my phone rang again, I picked it up and it was an unknown number

"Hello?" I said

"Hello, I'm looking for Mrs Britney Anderson"the extremely bright voice answered

Rolling my eyes I corrected
"Miss not Mrs , speaking"

"Sorry miss my bad, well my name is Allison williams from smiths enterprises and i called to inform you that you have been hired to work as the personal assistant to the CEO of Smith's enterprises"

I totally forgot I applied for that position, it was like a year ago when I was in need of a job!
Oh well I guess its my luck now because my landlord has already been disturbing me about rent and I have lots of bills to pay.

"HELLO? You still there miss Anderson"the voice asked

I guess I was lost in my thoughts

"Oh yes, miss Williams" I answered

"So when do you think you can start?" Hoe
said

"Would Monday be fine?" I asked

"Yes it would, thank you miss Anderson"

"Please call me Britney"

"Sure britney,you need to be in the office before 8:00 and get coffee for the boss, when you enter the office go to the front desk and ask of me l'll show you around"she confirmed

"Thank you"I said

"Your welcome"she replied

And then the line went off!

Omg!omg!omg!, I wanted to die with happiness omg, I have to call Jenna.

She's gonna hit the roof with happiness, she was so happy when I told her about applying for the job three years ago,
She was happy because she said the boss was super hot And she thought Me working there would result in us hooking up (which was impossible because he was gonna be my boss And I haven't dated since i was in college and I also haven't had s*x for about 4years now - but that's beside the point)

Going to the favorites part of my contact I immediately dialed Jenna's number.
She picked on the first ring

"Yo Bi*ch" said her surprisingly cheerful voice. Typical Jenna

"Hey, I called you to tell you a very good news" I said beaming

"Omg! You've finally found a boyfriend?!"
She asked excited.

Rolling my eyes I answered
"No I have not, I told you i don't have time for men now, I'm trying to settle down first, anyways I got a job at smiths enterprises" surprisingly myself at how I've been changing emotions in a blink of an eye

"Shut up"she said
"Don't play with me" she added

"I swear"I told her

"Oh my god babe I'm so proud of you, I knew you could do it even though it took them a year to figure that out" she said laughing

"I know right" I laughed with her

"So when are you starting?"

"Monday"I said

"Well today is Tuesday so you have almost a week to get ready, I think you should go shopping"she said

"Yeah I know I'm going tomorrow, its going to be fun"I said

"Yeah,I guess. Well good luck And have fun,I've gotta go get ready I have a date"she said proudly

"Okay bye, love you" I said ending the call

Typical jenna, always going on dates that never last, they usually end up as one night stand and the few that last up to a week were the worst because she always comes here crying and saying how her heart is broken and she's never falling in love again. Then the next day she calls me telling me she's going on a date.

Sighing I look at the time, 7:30pm wow time flies.

Brushing my teeth and changing into my pajamas, I plop down on my bed thinking of how tomorrow is gonna be.

Before I know it sleep takes me.
