Tiryagyoni -
Tiryagyoni's the best at scouting and positioning. Controlling animals allows Tiryagyoni to scout over a much larger area than the others can. Tiryagyoni's also a 'Shepherd', in that if he makes the animals he summons suicide, their souls can be used by other realms to boost their powers. (Not as useful with Naraka, because his souls are too weak without Manusya.) Tiryagyoni's first strength is in the diversity of animals available. Its second strength... Is probably a general enhancement to the body, being sturdier and stronger than most normal humans. (It's a passive, though, and represents the fear and constant danger animals are exposed to improving their body.)
Tiryagyoni can teleport any animal before him, and the avatar can transform into an animal as well. However, when transforming, the avatar is exposed to that moment of weakness. Transmorphing during combat is near suicidal, because it takes roughly 2 seconds for animals of the same genus (hamster to rat), and 5 seconds for animals of different genus (gazelle to hawk). Also, while moving, the entire body will continually tumble in that direction while transmorphing. (The avatar takes damage from the process because morphing softens his entire body so it can restructure.) Tiryagyoni cannot transform into a human, oddly enough.
Tiryagyoni & Naraka : Covered.
Tiryagyoni & Preta : Covered.
Tiryagyoni & Asura : Their combination is quite circumstantial, but used correctly, like having Tiryagyoni pop an animal shield and the trial set to "Voodoo animals", if the enemy shoots the animal, they in turn get hurt themselves in that regoin. Also, they can use "Quadrupedal animals killable" to make themselves perfectly invulnerable while there are animals in the vicinity, but that's another diversion technique. they have powerful defensive tactics, but offense-wise they can't do much.
Tiryagyoni & Manusya : They are quite good together. Tiryagyoni can set distractions so Manusya has free time to isolate and eliminate the most dangerous targets. Tiryagyoni can transmorph both avatars into animals, and Manusya can transform both back into humans. Direct, easy to understand, and when used correctly, it can be really powerful.
Tiryagyoni & Deva : Hoo boy. Real terror. Deva has the sub-role of 'Creator', which means Deva can create anything doctrined by humans. (Yes, that means plagues too.) Tiryagyoni can help spread this plague amongst humans, thereby bypassing Deva's weakness of killing directly, and boosting Tiryagyoni's scouting prowess. Deva can also invoke and remove symbolism, allowing a simple mayfly or mosquito to appear as something absolutely fearful to the opponents, allowing for a quick escape while they're stuck in fear.
Asura -
Asura's the debuffer - In combat, Asura's tricky trials can force the opponents into an impasse, allowing Asura to get the advantage in a field even when outnumbered. (Like, making a trial like "Last Man Standing gets to challenge the Avatar", and having every enemy kill each other mindlessly) Asura is also very good at close-range combat, able to pick up anything and turn it into a makeshift weapon.
Asura's powers revolve around trials - He can set a trial, and his extremity affliction forces people to perform as the trial orders them to (like, forcing Christians to perform a crazy cultist oath by piercing their own tongues or something) To those that pass his trials are allowed to fight him in a melee. In the past, his only weakness were hearing scriptures that 'clears one's mind'. However, with the current tech advancements, he is powerless against the modern-day gun and must use his trials to disarm his opponents.
Asura & Naraka : Covered.
Asura & Preta : Covered.
Asura & Tiryagyoni : Covered.
Asura & Manusya : Manusya can pull gun-using humans close to Asura, and they can just kill the gunner outright. Asura can work with Manusya's 7DeadlySins-affliction to make his trials far more difficult for the opponents. Both have great combat ability, so they are, together, a powerful duo nobody should belittle. Also, Asura can keep crowds busy while Manusya takes out the important targets.
Asura & Deva : Deva's powers can be used to Asura's advantage by setting a trial related to the phenomenon Deva invokes. If used correctly, since Asura is the Jealous God, Asura can double Deva's power by imitating the same phenomenon Deva produced (only if it's seen as a trial). Deva can give symbolism to Asura's weapons so they can make the enemies fear, or drop their guard. But that's about it.
Manusya -
He's the slayer. The human realm avatar can inflict any of the 7 deadly sins, but the intensity of the curse is limited by the avatar itself. The Manusya avatar is one of, if not the best 1v1 warrior, but against many enemies, the power diminishes. (only that much water can flow from a tap at any given time).
He's also a counter-assassin - Any sneak attacks won't work because he can teleport the ninja right in front of him, unless the enemy is not human (in which case, machine > Manusya avatar) He is especially weak against machines because of them being unrelated to humans, and the Manusya avatar suffers from this even in the simplest devices like a cooking stove or an MP3 player.
Manusya & Naraka : Covered.
Manusya & Preta : Covered.
Manusya & Tiryagyoni : Covered.
Manusya & Asura : Covered.
Manusya & Deva : Deva can give and take symbolisms, which means if she gives the Manusya avatar the symbol of fear, the opponents would hesitate over fighting him or Deva. Deva's Force-of-Nature powers and effects can also make 1v1 easier for Manusya.
Deva -
Deva is the powerhouse. The Infantry Crusher. The Anti-Fortress. He is the force of nature. He is the one that disrupts the masses easily. He can make impossible miracles like George "Clutch Dodge" dodges every dodgeball while tripping and stumbling clumsily. But he is also the most gimmicky.
Deva cannot kill anyone directly. It may be easy to create an earthquake and hope they die of natural deaths by falling off the building or something, but if anyone falls into the crevice of the earthquake and dies, that's a direct kill. Deva can use the Horsemen of the Apocalypse, including Death (which is a stupid idea, considering the weaknesses Deva has) but at what cost?
Deva can make something (like a swarm of locusts, or a plague) that will in turn do something (like cause famines, or weaken their immunity systems) to kill, but Deva cannot do something that immediately kills (like teleporting all the satellites in the world onto one spot and killing someone by using the satellite to crush their body.) Any action that takes less than 10 minutes to result in death is considered a direct kill, while anything beyond 10 minutes is indirect.
Cutting off a person's breathing makes them die fully in 3 or so minutes, which is direct killing. Making a person bleed for 20 minutes before death by blood loss is an indirect kill. The cursed miracle of unhealable scars is considered indirect since the death is by blood loss, but the placement of pebbles into the bloodstream causing a stroke is a direct kill if under 10 minutes since the death is by obstruction of blood.
Deva is the most gimmicky, but with Naraka, they are the true definition of 'Invincible'.
