The fluffy scene was cut short by an unfamiliar howl that traveled through the walls of your house and echoed within B/N's ears. A growl sounded deep within his throat as he shifted back into his wolf form he moved protectively in front of you, as he comprehended that the wolf that sounded that call was not a member of his pack, and was most likely a part of the rival pack.

You shifted in sleep trying to find a more comfortable position to keep dreaming in, but you soon gave up opening your eyes to the bright light. You almost screamed when your sleep stricken gaze landed on the wolf form that stood in front of you but the shriek was quickly caught in your throat when you recognised the familiar B/H/C coat. "B/N?" you whispered seeing his form before you. He looked back at you his defensive façade falling. "What's wrong...?" You looked at him worriedly. His dark eyes bored into yours, B/N shook his head so he could openly glare out the window the sparkle in his eyes disappearing and his anger returning. Your hand moved to touch his fluffy cheek but you were left hanging as he left running through the front door. "Oh, okay then. Wait how did he get inside...? Why am I on the couch? I thought I was in my room trying to get ready for a ...warm bath...? I'm so confused... I hope he's okay...?" You sighed wiggling out of your burrito cage and scurried to your room. Pulling on your favourite dark blue jacket that also worked as a scarf, dry socks and your treasured black snow boots you stopped, 'Maybe I might need my ice skates...' Grabbing your white skates, you ran outside and stood under the roofed covering seeing if you could catch a glimpse of B/N though the frozen falling rain.

The low growl that erupted from where you were staring off to made you jump, making all the groggily sleep fall off you. Your eyes widened as you observed the approximate area from where the sound came from, 'is it...him...?' At this thought your heart jumped within your chest.
"B/N-!" your voice caught in your throat as the tense aura settled upon you," B/N...? What's wrong...?" you whispered stepping off the porch looking at him with worry.

Your breath stopped in your throat as an unfamiliar wolf with harsh eyes stepped out into the clear land that was free of frozen trees. He openly radiated evil off every step he took. The wolf's fur was black as coal with hints of white around his neck and tail, his eyes were the only colour and even they glowed yellow with wicked intentions. Overwhelmed the thumping of your vital organ rang at high speeds within your ears. You clutched your ice skates closer to your heaving chest. Sensing your distress, B/N repositioned himself to protectively stand in front of you. He then growled loudly as a warning to the intruder, 'it's one of them' he spat in his mind. The intruding wolf bared its fangs and B/N followed suit. Loud snarls erupted from within their throats as they circled each other ready for battle. 'If I wasn't here he would have killed Y/N with one strike'.
