I stopped by a little pond and sat on a big boulder with my chin on my knees until I heard a twig snap that had my head snapping behind me. I stood up and got ready to fight if I needed to but relaxed when my friend shadow walked out smiling
“I see your on your toes again” I nodded and sat back down sighing
“luke has something planned to get the kids but I don’t know what and I had another vision but this time tony was back” he sat next to me
“do you think its true?” I looked at him and nodded
“iv never been wrong before” he nodded his head and stood up pulling me with him
“lets go I have an idea” we walked back to the house and everybody froze as I walked in the front door
“eva, who is that?” I pulled shadow closer
“guys this is shadow, shadow these are my guys and luke” gabe and gabby came running down the stairs and jumped into shadows arms
“untle shady” I laughed and pulled the kids off of him
“ok Mr. secrets, whats your brilliant idea this time?” he crossed his arms and pouted at me
“well if your gunna be sarcastic then im not tellin you” I sighed and smiled at him
“im sorry shadow will you please tell us all what your idea is” he nodded his head and stood behind gabe and gabby chanting something then he walked over to me and placed his hands on my stomach and chest. Everywhere he was touching felt like they were on fire then he pulled back and looked at everybody else
“eva who do you trust your kids with?” I raised an eyebrow at him
“first tell me what your doing” he nodded his head and stepped back
“I cast a spell on you guys so now if anybody wants to harm them, you will know an hour before it happens” I nodded my head and then looked at everybody standing there
“troy, amos, ricky, billy, shawn, Derek, tom, pam and sam” he did the same to them and when he was done luke started growling
“why the hell do you not trust me with my own kids?” I growled back at him and I could feel my hands getting warmer
“because you are nothing but a piece of shit excuse for a man and if it was my choice I would kill you right here and right now” everybody was looking at me with wide eyes as I put out the fire that gathered in my hands
“what?” troy stepped next to me
“babe, your hair turned colors” I raised my eyebrows and looked in the mirror. My hair turned darker then midnight black with one red and one blue streak. I stepped back completely shocked and almost fell but shadow caught me in time before I hit the ground
“are you ok?” I nodded my head and sat up with my back against shadows chest
“calida, mesi get down here now” both of them appeared in full size
“yes, miss eva?” I narrowed my eyes at them and pointed to my hair
“why is my hair changing?” they helped me stand up and mesi put my hair into a bun
“it looks really good eva and its just going to start changing more” I snapped my head to her
“what do you mean its going to change more?” she smiled at me and rubbed my cheek
“your going to get one that is green, brown, white, and gold” I raised an eyebrow at her
“and why exactly is that?” she shook her head and smiled at me
“well one color for each of your powers of course” my eyes grew about 3 inches in size
“are you fucking kidding me? That’s 6 fucking powers” she shook her head
“actually its 7, that’s why your hair turned blacker” I took a step back and shook my head
“are you fucking kidding me, not only am I a werewolf and a fairy but im a fucking freak with 7 damn powers?” troy stood next to me
“babe, please relax” I snapped my head to him
“do not tell me what to do” he took a step back and looked out the window because it started pouring literally, like someone was pouring water out of a hose or bucket. I could feel my eyes rolling in the back of my head and my body felt like it was on fire. I took one last look at everybody who was looking at me like I was the devil himself.
--Calida’s POV--
Troy took a step away from eva as her hair started flying up around her and water just started pouring down and fire came from her hands. I turned to Derek and tom
“take the kids and hide in the basement under the stairs. It’s the only complete safe place” they grabbed all of the children and ran down stairs as me and mesi surrounded her
“eva, you need to relax before someone gets hurt” she threw her head back and started laughing but it sounded more like a demon and believe me they are horrible and scary creatures. Mesi was looking at me scared
“she shouldn’t be like this for another week or two, what is happening?” I shook my head
“I really don’t know, nobody read from the book right?” I looked at everyone and luke couldn’t look me in the eye
“what did you do?” he shrugged his shoulders
“I may have read a few pages to my kids, what’s wrong with that?” mesi turned and glared at him
“whats wrong with it? You sped up the damn transformation process dumb ass” I grabbed troy and amos
“help me hold her down before she hurts herself” troy held her arms, amos held her legs and I held her head
“you finished the book didn’t you?” luke shrugged his shoulders
“yea” I shook my head
“thanks to you, eva has to learn all of her powers right now before she can wake up and her body is rejecting it because her body isn’t stable enough” his eyes bulged as mesi punched him in the nose
“if my niece dies, I will personally kill you, then bring you back to life just to kill you again” after mesi came over and held her waist down eva went still but her breathing was heavy
“thank the lord shes still alive”
