It wasn't a surprise that the peace didn't last very long. A sudden crash interrupted the lullaby melody that was slowly softening. Coricopat and Tantomile were the first to shoot up at the intrusive sound, their eyes scanning the area. Mistoffelees followed suit, his paw levitated just above the ground as he tried to find the source of disturbance. Skimbleshanks popped up and sniffed at the air five or six times, then when the beat picked up, the rest of the Jellicles sat up in confusion. Mistoffelees swerved around to glance up and see Caligo creeping around the junk mountains, he hissed and pointed at the stranger cat alerting the others. In an attempt to scare her off, he used his magic to brighten the dimmed lights, making them flash manically. Alonzo leaped up onto the automobile and hissed at the black cat, effectively scaring her away.

The Jellicles ran into their next position for the upcoming dance, some crouched down low whilst raising their backs up and down and others including Mistoffelees and Coricopat, shook their heads and hips wildly. Eventually, all the cats were performing the same motions, they sprung into a releve, stretching out their arms every now and then before spinning and shaking their rears. Loosing track of the dance George, Callus and Hariena clambered up onto the tire next to Old Deuteronomy to watch the fast pace dancing.

The tone of the music changed and the lights darkened to match the tune. Two groups of Jellicles broke apart to the opposing sides of the yard. Quickly, they tapped a paw against the ground twice before spinning to face the other group and running forwards then leaping up to the air. Cassandra, Munkustrap and Tugger leaped out from a corner and glided through the middle of the two sides. Misto cartwheeled to the center with Tumble right behind, the toms continued to display their elegant dancing skills until Plato, Alonzo, Cori, Munk and Admetus charged through for their dance. The toms kicked out their right legs in unison whilst crouching down slightly before spinning in a tight circle. The older toms clawed to their lefts as Tugger joined Old D upon the tire. As he gestured around to the dancing cats, Callus clawed at his uncle's leg for attention and after a moment or so, Tugger lifted the young kitten up and spun him around in the air. Hariena hopped down to the group of queens just as they were about to skip forwards.

With a flash of lightening, the rest of the Jellicles joined in as they raked their right paw up their left arm before jumping and then kicking a single leg up as high as possible. As the leader of this section, Rumpleteazer grinned brightly as she enjoyed every moment at the front. The cats then twirled around, kicked their right leg before springing up again.

Tugger, Jerrie, Alonzo, Admetus and Callus sprinted forwards as the sound of an electric guitar blasted through the territory. As the solo was performed, some queens watched on in awe or amusement. For a moment the music lowered but then began to increase as the cats crouched slightly and shook their knees and arms left to right at lightening speed. Rapidly, they leaned back and yowled to the air with their claws unsheathed. Tugger continued to lead the dance as the cats kicked lowly in a bicycle motion before flinging their legs higher and spinning around. With the upbeat music pounding through the yard and charging the the Jellicle's energy, more joined in as they clawed at the darkness, kicked higher, spun faster and repeated. Suddenly, the music began to slow, the cats gathered at the base of Old D's tire, George jumped off to finally join in with the rest. Jellicles of all ages sprinted to the center of the yard as the music came to a grand shrill, each cat spread their arms and legs like a starfish, leaning forwards briefly they clawed out once again before stretching out. In a still position they raised to the tip of their paws in a releve position.

The music continued to slow yet if anything it became more energetic as it built up to a grand finish, the Jellicles scattered back to the tire before turning outwards, scratching to the thin air, turning back again and as the Jellicle music came to an end, every cat surged forwards, kicking out paws, flinging themselves high up and eventually collapsing to the ground.
