Mutton - 500gm Cumin seeds-1 tsp Coriander seeds- 1tsp Dry Red Chili- 4 Small onions(shallots) - 150gm Ginger Garlic paste- 1 tbsp Green chilies- 5 Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp Oil- 2 tbsp Salt to taste Curry Leaves
STEPS:
STEP 1:Grind Cumin Seeds, Dry red chili, coriander seeds in a blender to a fine powder and keep it aside.
STEP 2: In a pressure cooker add the mutton pieces, add turmeric powder, freshly ground mutton masala(in step 1), required salt with 1/2 cup of water and cook for 3 whistles.
STEP 3:In a pan heat some oil and add green chilies , curry leaves, shallots, salt and saute until shallots are golden and then add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and saute it for a couple of minutes until the raw smell is gone.
STEP 4: Add the cooked mutton pieces and cook for some more time until all the water has been evaporated and the mutton become a little dry.
STEP 5:Once it got cooked turn off the stove and garnish it with curry leaves and serve it with rice.
