Izuru was drawn cause I failed at drawing human Monokuma. So I just drew Izuru's hair and Tada! He also has navy sleeves so you can actually see his arms against his hair. This is dedicated to SketchyCookie because here we both go, filling the world with Izuru drawings. ;w; :3
