How were visual elements used to help communicate the message?:
It showed lots of pictures of water dripping or running, indicating the message of wasting water.
How was music used to help communicate the message?:
The music complemented the person who was talking and the tone in which they were talking in. The music also went with the pictures of dripping water.
How was the color used?:
The color silver was used a lot because it is the most common color for the pipe and it was shown a lot while water was dripping.
How was motion used:
They switched between the clips of running/dripping water slowly. The water was dripping slowly as well while the running water was usually small streams.
How was emotion used?:
They used a serious tone, showing that they cared about what would happen by showing all the facts and how bad that was. At the end they said Help the environment Conserve water after saying all the facts, making you care.
Was PSA effective?
Yes
Why (not)?:
It was effective because of the way they showed the different facts and said help the environment conserve water hooked our emotions, which is part of what the point of a PSA is. To make you care and aware of what is happening.

How were visual elements used to help communicate the message?:
The video showed a boy walking while listening to music. At one point, the camera focuses on his feet, and he trips and falls. Then the camera is focused on a car that is coming toward his and then eventually runs over him.
How was music used to help communicate the message?:
The music was adventurous, as if something really bad was going to happen. It didn't really complement what was happening because it was just some electronic music that sounded adventurous and like something that would be in a normal slideshow full of pictures of a vacation.
