Quietpelt had sensed that this cat could feel guilty easily seconds before they met. So she decided to bring up one of her own flaws. "I get guilty easily, I'm guessing that you do too, based on how you looked before I introduced myself," she meowed, pointing out her own flaws, and not feeling hurt by it.
Fawnpaw gave a simple nod in response, thinking of her mother, Fawndapple, who had died giving birth to her.
"I never knew my mom, other than the fact that she died protecting me when I was barely 5 moons old," Quietpelt glanced at Watershine, he had been the one who told her that.
Fawnpaw understood what Quietpelt was saying, she also related to it. Perhaps she and SunClan's deputy could be friends, they had a lot in common. It was almost as if this cat were her twin from another father, mother, and Clan.
The sun was going down, maybe Sunstar wouldn't mind if they spent the night in this Clan. It wasn't exactly breaking the warrior code, was it?
Third person P.o.V (or third cat p.o.v...?)
Fawnpaw seemed to sense that these three foreign cats were tired from their *five minute* trip to find her Clan. She led them to the Apprentice den, as it was much more comfortable in there, than in the warrior den.
It was the middle of leaf-fall, and nights were slowly growing colder; in order to stay warm, the four cats had to cuddle close together. Surprisingly, none of them minded this at all.
Fawnpaw was in the middle of the other three cats, curled into a ball. Quietpelt was wrapped around the MossClan apprentice, almost protectively. Foxreed and Watershine.... Oh, StarClan, this is brilliant blackmail. Foxreed was acting as the pillow in this situation, Watershine the blanket.
