When Josh gets to come home from hospital he's still upset with himself for failing suicide, but tries not to show it. He tries to go numb to the world and lets Tyler hand him medication to take and realises how precautionary Tyler is being with said medication (Josh thinks Tyler must be worried he'll overdose). Tyler is being a little suffocating and Josh curses him when he wakes up at 4am and goes searching for something to harm himself only to find all of his blades have seemingly disappeared.
