When Josh gets to come home from hospital Tyler is upset with him, but tries not to show it. He forces Josh to take painkillers but keeps them all within eyesight, this also goes for all other medication in the house. Later when Josh is sleeping he goes in a hunt to find all of his blades (he knows from experience the type of places they'll be hidden). Tyler is being overprotective but is not letting Josh leave him under any circumstances.
