Death Note x Reader Oneshots!

He looked at you, trying to figure you out. People tended to be easy and simple- he's never come across this problem before. He first met you at a toy story. You tried to get a box of Legos from the top shelf but you fell causing the box to land on you as you landed on the floor. So he did what most people would have done and helped you up. You thanked him with a bright smile that made him feel... weird. For once in his life he didn't understand something. From then on the both of you started hanging out which is when he figured out two things about you. One, you're insanely smart and two, you have a weird obsession with sweets. He'd also noticed that no matter what seat it was, if it had a back on it, your left leg had to go on it, but only your left leg. He sighed throwing his puzzle to the other side of the room. What was most strange about you was that you loved him. HIM, of all people, you wanted to be HIS lover. He sighed again as you walked into the room.

"Hay Near! Guess what I got ya."

"... Why do you love me?"

"W-what? This is sudden. I thought the answer would be obvious."

He looked over at you.

"Well?"

You smiled at him "you."
He looked confused and you giggled at how cute he looked.

"You silly. Everything about you. The way you talk and walk, the way you figure out this so easily, your smiles and weird jokes- everything. There's nothing about you that I don't love."

He looked shocked now. That was the most kind thing anyone has ever said to him. He smiled and stood up. He walked over to you and kissed you.

Then you pulled out your knife and stabbed him in his neck.
