when I got inside I looked at my answer meachine I had 7 miss calls I pressed the playback button

"Hi sorry you caught me at the wrong time please call me at a later time bye!"

"Hey baby girl it's daddy I wanted call to see if you got in safely call me back when you can I love you"

I stoped the answer meachine I couldn't believe what I heard I got in the shower and washed my hair and changed my clothes I put on green skinny jeans with a pink and green shirt along with my pink and green Jordan's I grabed my keys and phone I decided to take a walk I couldn't stop thinking about Jay (imma start calling him that) and that call I got from LSU when I got outside I called my dad and told him the news he asked me how things were going I told everything was perfect he told me mom has been bitter ever since I left I didn't care when I got off the phone with him I accidentally bump into somebody "oh I am soooooooo sorry are you ok?" it was a light skinned guy with brown hair he looked about 6'1 around my age he helped me up "Thankyou I'm fine" I said fixing myself "I'm Trent" he held out his "Janayah" I shook his hand "you new here?" he was so tall and kinda cute but not better than Jay "yeah I am" I said he smiled his teeth were white he had a nice smile "where you headed" he said while smiling "oh just you know...walking.....around" I felt nervous I don't know why "what about your self ?" I asked calming down "going to my girlfriend house" I froze "oh that's nice" he put his hands in his pocket "well see you around Janayah" and he walked off it was odd but hey I got over it at that moment

Jay P.O.V

when I saw Angeleecah's car I stormed to the door "Jay can we talk please" she said following me "no" I walked faster "Jay baby come on give me a chance to make it right" we reach the door "you cheated on me then you ask for me back you embarrassed me at the club last night and here you are at my house that I never gave you the address to I don't know how the fuck you found me found me!" I said firmly "I followed you I saw you drop yo date off so I followed you home and here I am " I shook my head and got in her face " I'm giving you only 10 seconds to go" she looked at me "call me when you wanna talk" she kissed my cheek and walked to her car "she not the girl of your dreams Jay she never will be either no matter how many clothes you buy her she never be your dream boo" she got in and drove off I went inside and went and took a hot shower I thought about Janayah once I got out the shower my cousin invited me to his cookout I wanted Janayah yo come with me I put on a gray shirt black jeans and my gray and white Jordan's grabed my keys and headed to get Janayah's apartment after 15 minutes of driving I pulled up to Janayah's apartment I knocked and waited no answer I knocked and waited again still no answer I got in my camaro and texted her

Me:where are you? you ain't at home

My future<3: oh I'm walking on canal

My heart droped the canal is a dangerous place it maybe fun at times but crazy people are out there the kill and kidnap people I don't want her to be one of them I started the car and texted her back

Me:oh no! My princess isn't walking by herself not on that street I'm on my way stay right there don't move

She texted me back within a matter of minutes I pulled up beside her gladly she was still there

Janayah's P.O.V

Jay Texted me(I gave him my # while I was at his house)

Jay<3:*: where are you? you anit at home

Me:Oh I'm walking on canal

Jay<3:*: oh no! My princess isn't walking by herself not on that street I'm on my way stay right there don't move

Me:Uhhhhhhhhh okay

Within minutes he pulled up in his camero from last night "Get in!" He demanded "why?" I crossed my arms "Janayah get in the car" I got in and he sped off "what is wrong with you!" I said quickly putting on my seat bealt "that street ain't no good if you wanna go there call me and I'll come get you and take you to dangerous for you to go alone it's fun but dangerous" he paid attention to the road "why is it so dangerous?"
