My eyes fluttered open giving me time to adjust to the light shining through the window. I watched my boyfriend who was still asleep with a smile on my face. A few minutes later I felt movement next to me and his voice mutter my name. "Enjoy staring at me did you?" He smirked eyes still closed. I blushed slightly.
"As a matter of fact I did" I laughed. He opened his right eye pulling me into his chest. He lightly pressed a gently kiss on my head with a lazy smile on his face.
"Did you sleep okay baby?" I just nodded feeling my eyes droop shut. "Don't sleep" I could hear the pout in his voice.
"I'm tired" I groaned snuggling further into his chest as his arms wrapped around me, I inhaled his scent feeling a sense of happiness wash over me.
"I love you so much Y/N" I could feel him smile as he rested his chin on the top of my head.
"And I love you too Derek now let me sleep, 5 more minutes" He just laughed closing his eyes too. Let's just say those 5 minutes turned into an extra 2 hours.
