I woke up when the alarm went off and got ready and went to the Mosque to pray Fajir. There I met one of my classmate Ali, who has returned from Dubai two days ago. We had chatting about the current situation in our country and small talks about our life. I told him that I am engaged and his first question was.
"So who is that lucky girl?"Ali
"Hmm, Aliya My dad's friends daughter " me
"Oh, Asad Uncle 's daughter! Wah what a jodi " Ali
"You know her ? " me
"What ? Are you serious? She is the one who came to my place for my sister's birthday party. The day you got angry with Maha and came to my place for sleepover. And... " Ali
"Oh, you mean that Hijabi who wears glasses? " me
"Ah yes yes, she is the one" Ali
"Oh I didn't know it was her, coz she is different... "me
"You mean now she is different " Ali
"Yes" me
"Even you look different now " Ali
"You must be having the photo na can I see?" Ali
"Hmm, Ali I have photo but actually she is wearing Niqab so I don't want to show " me
"Masha Allah, hey it's okay, even my sister is wearing Niqab now today she said she wants to meet Aliya so I have to take her there" Ali
When Ali mentioned Aliya I remembered our conversation last night and I got smile on my face. Ali being an understanding of my situation he said Allah Hafiz and left. And I also came home and got shower and went downstairs to have breakfast. Then I left to the office.
Aliya's POV
Zoya ! I said when I saw her entering my room.

"Asalamu Alaikum " zoya
"Walaikum Salam "Me
"What a surprise? Is there anything special or..." me
"I can't come to meet my childhood buddy without any reason ? " Zoya
"No no, nothing like that I was just... "me
"I was busy last week couldn't come to your engagement but now I am here so I need everything in detail !" Zoya
" what ! You made him angry now itself ? " zoya
"Hey I told you about everything and you say this ? " me
" I don't know how you are going to gain his forgiveness " zoya

" Oh okay so here is my idea but I don't know what Mom will say" me

"Okay so are telling that you want to bake something specialy for Hussain I mean your future husband? " zoya
"Hmm yes, but how to tell Mom without letting her know the situation " me
"Aliya ! Why you feel like some teenage lovers, you both are engaged and that too arranged, so you tell your Mom that you want to bake something for Your in law's and she will definitely say okay. "Zoya
"But... Mom will wonder why suddenly? And even Maha's Mom will.. " me
"Saas(Mother in law) ! And second thing she will be happy to have food made by her Bahu(Daughter in law)" zoya

After about two two hours me and Zoya were arranging freshly baked Brownies and Cakes in a tray. It took about half an hour to get courage to go upto Mom and ask permission to bake for my in law's. She was so happy that finally I am baking something for them. And when k said my Dad he bought the things by taking half day leave from the office and and is impatiently waiting to take food made by me, because my Dad is found of my baked brownies and cake. I messaged Maha to let her know I am sending but I told her to keep it a surprise to her bhai, otherwise she is like news reporter she will inform everyone.
Finally after lunch around 2.30 pm Dad took the foods to Hussain 's place. Zoya said few advice from her own life experience and she went when her brother Ali came to pick up her. My Dad still didn't return and I keep checking my whatsapp to see if I get any messages from Maha. But no there were no any except in my school friends group which I felt frustrated, because everyone time I get nitrification I ran to my phone thinking it's from Maha but no...
Hussain ' s POV
After completing the day's work I felt so tired and I had so many meetings today but half of the time I was zone out of the room. Somehow I managed to get out from the work and by 8.30 I reached home.
"Asalamu Alaikum beta "Mom said
"Walaikum Salam Ammi" I said went to upstairs to change but when I entered the room there is something on my bed, at first I thought it's a letter regarding some payment but when I went closer I saw a pink cover with beautiful rose on the corner.
I took it to read but Maha came and called to have dinner because something special for desert, I will come after taking shower and I took the cover and left it in my bed side drawer and went to take shower.
When I came back I saw the time it's almost 9 so I quickly went down to have dinner.
