Chapter 1 - The Wake-Up Call
Arham had everything a young man could dream of-friends, money, late-night hangouts, and a life filled with excitement. At least, that's what he thought.
Prayer was something he kept postponing. "I'll start tomorrow," he would always say. Tomorrow turned into weeks, and weeks turned into years. His heart had become busy with the world, leaving little space for faith.
That night felt no different.
Music was loud. Laughter filled the car. Arham was driving fast, trying to impress his friends. The city lights blurred as speed took control. And then-
A loud crash.
Everything went dark.
When Arham opened his eyes, he was in a hospital. The sharp smell of medicine filled the air. Machines beeped beside him. His body felt heavy, but his heart felt heavier.
The doctor said he was lucky to be alive.
Lucky.
But as he lay there staring at the ceiling, one terrifying thought echoed in his mind:
"What if I had died tonight?"
He hadn't prayed. He hadn't repented. He hadn't prepared for the meeting with his Lord.
Tears rolled down his face silently.
The next day, an elderly man in the hospital bed beside him spoke softly:
"Son, when Allah wants someone close to Him, He shakes their world."
Those words hit Arham harder than the accident.
For the first time in years, he felt something break inside him-not in pain, but in awakening.
When he was discharged, Arham did something he hadn't done in a long time.
He stood on the prayer mat.
His hands trembled as he raised them.
"Allahu Akbar."
The journey of Hidayah had begun.
But change is never easy.
Old friends laughed at him. Temptations returned. Shaytan whispered, reminding him of his past life.
Would Arham stay firm?
Or would he fall back into the darkness?
The night had changed his life...
But the real test was just beginning.
