Christine's pov

After I jumped out of the window I could here Raoul screaming for me then he jumped out of the window and grabbed my helpless body and the me on the lawn and said

"Christine did you think that you could escape from me that easy?"

"Raoul let me go!!"

then I felt a sharp pain in my side as someone lifted me up on a horse just then I saw black.

Erik's pov

I was riding shadow my horse as I heard a scream ring through the lawn of the de changy manor and Raoul was throwing Christine and as I was about to run and hit him when he drove a kitchen knife through her side and she slumped to the floor.

Then Raoul looked at me and recognized me fast and then he ran away.I knew I had to take her to a doctor so I ran to the nearest carriage and told the driver" to the doctor and hurry!"

Raoul's pov

I knew I would Christine back and I watched as Erik carried Christine to a carriage and drove away then I called an old friend and told him "I need you to take down a murderer and his name is Erik destler".
